The location was near the Vatican and the bus stop.
The elevator didn't go to the ground floor.
The hotel has excellent location - 5 min till Vatican and Sant Agelico cancel.
There was no soap in the bathroom. The smell from neigbouring rooms was bad - something like sewerage. I did close windows at night to avoid that. Small tv. Hotel receptionists were not very communicative.
This hotel is located in a nice area of Rome. Really close to the Vatican and other tourist spots. Nice clean room, good shower and great AC! Really close to public transportation.
I didn't like not having wifi in the hotel room, and only having it in one area outside on the fourth floor. It was very hot during my visit.
The storm on the last day
Location very close to Vatican and easy to get to other parts of Rome, Metro just 10 minutes walk away. Area to sit out on the 4th floor was a bonus.
location to vatican city & Angelo Castle
very small room, tiny shower, no breakfast facility, no kettle for hot water at least to make coffee or tea
Room is very clean
Location is Excellent for walking to Vatican and Saint Angelo Caste, but it's not so good for public transport. Wi Fi is only on public areas
Location, location, location. The staff are fantastic, very very helpful. Clean, comfortable hotel and excellent value for money.
No breakfast, but we knew that beforehand, and there is a minimarket next door to buy juice, fruit, bread etc. Central Rome is very noisy until around 2am, and in August is very hot. If you don't get the aircon, then you need to sleep with the window open. For 10 euro's a night (which we didn't pay because we were on a budget) you can have aircon, meaning you can shut the window and roll the shutter down.
Very good location, near city center and shuttle bus station to airport. Very helpful personal. Very cozy terrace.
Small room. Not all the rooms have toilet in the room, it can be few meters from the room. Wi-Fi is only on reception and terrace.
Located very close to the Vatican! Terrace is also lovely to sit out on.
Sharing the bathroom
definitely good location. Restaurants nearby are really much better than those in the central city. Nice staff. Really worth it.
If the staff can make reservations of museums for the guests, it would be better.
Close to Vatican
You pay for the air conditioning
location is amazing!
the service at the reception was sometimes poor;
Poor access to wfi that was not resolved during our stay
The location was good. It was very basic, but overall clean and acceptable. There was a nice outdoor patio to share. Unfortunately, people were smoking on it.
Rooms were very small. We booked a quad room, and when we were shown to it, there were only beds for 3. They then wheeled in another rollaway bed, leaving practically no room to walk. Staff was not at all friendly. We couldn't get anyone to smile no matter how nice we were to them.
Staff, location, terrace
No catering (even discount in neighbor cafe-bar)
Good location, very easy to find it, Polite stuff and very clean. If i visit the Rome again, I will prefer it.
location building style roof terasse
one of the daily desk-attendant, may be the manager, very rude. other personnel nice and helpful
Good location and cleanliness.
Overall, staying at Adriatic hotel was a rather bad experience. I don't understand why it was characterised as "value for money". Way too expensive for what it offers. The wi-fi was never working and the staff was rather unfriendly.
Location and neatness of room.
Could be more spacious. Couldn't understand why wifi doesn't work in room. AC additional charge and Italy is warm in summer.
The front desk staff was not friendly, very short. The hotel has no lobby facility so you are either in your room or on the street with non place to sit down and wait for anyone or relax. My room was very small even for European standards. Lighting and TV are poor. My daughter found somebody's underwear hanging in her closet, it does not feel clean. I guess one gets what one pays for.
The location is excellent for walking to the Vatican and San Angelo's Castle area. The day clerk was very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood cafes are excellent!
The night desk clerk was grouchy with us as we didn't arrive until 10:30 due to our train connection. But, I had sent an email before to tell them of our late arrival. The room smelled dusty. When was the last time the carpet and drapes been cleaned?
Good location, staff very helpful. Hotel rooms very clean and comfortable - would stay again, good value for money
Decor was a bit drap, and terrace a bit scruffy
Everything. My credit card was charged 2 weeks before I arrived for 1 day. What was that about?? Oh and if you want AC, they will charge additional EU 10/night. We had to open the window to get some air but it was to noisey, we can't sleep. We checked out after 1 night but paid for 3 nights to go to another hotel.
