Отличное месторасположение: в пешей доступности термы, рестораны, вокзал, торговая улица. Плохая звукоизоляция номеров, отдельный персонал недружественный и не готов оказывать помощь. Некоторые сотрудники отеля говорят только по - итальянски.

La cortesia del personale, l'arredamento degli spazi comuni, la buona colazione e la buona posizione. La stanza superior non rispondeva agli standard qualitativi di una struttura 4 stelle.

La tv in camera non funzionava e in un albergo che si definisce a 4 stelle questo non deve accadere. Le pareti della camera erano sporche, imbiancare ogni tanto?! Alcune camere, come ad esempio le singole vengono poco utilizzate quindi ogni tanto sarebbe meglio controllarle altrimenti non puoi considerarti un albergo a 4 stelle!!!

l'ampiezza la cosa pessima che ho riscontrato e' stato i tanti gradini dove devi sollevare le valigie e cosa molto inmportante non funzionavo tutte le televisioni dell'albergo e mi hanno fatto pagare 25 € di cena quando ho preso un solo secondo e una bottiglia di acqua senza dirmi che qualunque cosa avrei preso pagavo sempre la stessa cifra

La posizione geografica dell'hotel Il prezzo di 35 € per la spa é esagerato; non c'è nemmeno la sauna. Per una Spa del genere il prezzo giusto sarebbe di 15 €

Le décor fabuleux du hall, la propreté des lieux, la situation au coeur de Montecattini, la gentillesse du personnel, la beauté du spa, la piscine calme , les transats confortables, les places de parking gratuites juste devant l hotel..coup de chance??

Ottima posizione, struttura molto bella e nuova, pulizia ed upgrade della camera (la suite è davvero bella). Cameriera della saletta piccola colazioni veramente scortese (ci ha sballottato da una sala all'altra anche a saletta quasi vuota...).

Il centro benessere è buono ma alcuni particolari andrebbero sostituiti perchè fanno sembrare il contesto un po' trascurato: basta veramente poco! Un po' rumoroso, ma si trova in pieno centro

Hôtel plutôt bien situé dans le centre. Personnel très aimable. Décoration du rez-de-chaussée très agréable. Les chambres sont bien équipées. La piscine calme avec des transats; La salle du petit déjeuner est très jolie avec un choix plutôt satisfaisant (même si peut mieux faire) Clairement les chambres n'ont pas été refaites depuis longtemps. La salle de bains est un peu vieille. Attention certaines chambres dites supérieures sont vraiment petites Si on est vraiment difficile, le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus varié mais c'est largement suffisant.
