The staff were very friendly, the bed was really comfortable and the breakfast was delicious

Parking was easy. The room was comfortable and nice. The staff were helpful and friendly and the food was very good.

The lifts were out of action for part of our stay and even when working were inadequate for the number of people in the hotel. The air-conditioning went off when you turned the lights out so the room was very stuffy at night.

Surprisingly nice location - not exactly in the historic centre, but within easy walking distances both to the centre (15 min) and the train station (20-25 min). The spot itself is extremely qiuet and well-maintained, with lots of greenery around Some rooms in the upper floors have superb views to the city centre, and the staff at the reception desk are ready to arrange such a room for you upon request On the roof, there is a nice terrace with amazing views, and even a Jacuzzi The room itself was very spacious, and the bed was just huge Rich buffet breakfast and excellent cuisine in the restaurant

WiFi connection was a bit too slow (though it is a typical issue in most Italian hotels)

staff were the most helpful I came across in my whole trip through Europe, short walk to the centre of town and main plaza

Very friendly staff and the rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. We had inter-connecting rooms with our kids and their room was painted in a very fun and quirky way. Breakfast was also very good.

Only slight drawback is the walk into town, which is 20-25 minutes. Recommend getting the 14 or 25 bus from the top road.

Location is very good. Room size and bed size excellent. Bed confort excellent. Breakfast is very rich and good quality. Sun terrace gives you an excellent view over the city.

Thé hôtel is really perfect! Nice room, very comfortable and huge bed, perfect location - just 10 minutes walking to thé historical centre, which is very crowded. Wé passed à great weekend!

all is perfect! Just maybe it could be better to change jacuzzi on thé roof to thé bigger one and to keep thé water warmer.

i liked the facilities the hotel was offering despite the high season for them which is the bologna fair.

The beautiful view from the window towards the city center; spacious room; good breakfast; walking distance from center; quiet rooms.

There was a large noisy party on the terrace of the bar in the late evening. Maybe better to ask people to drink inside only.

Close to city center, but walk to center traverses University section, which is somewhat seedy and not representative of the city as a whole.

A modern hotel with huge, comfortable beds and (if on the higher floors) good views across the city. Free Wi-Fi. Reasonably priced for B&B

A bit of a way outside of the city centre. Walkable if you are reasonably fit but a good 20-30 minutes to the main square. The restaurant was a bit disappointing and expensive, probably due to the distance to the centre and lack of competition. Eat elsewhere.
