Não gostei de nada, e o transfer que ficou de me buscar no aeroporto não apareceu,liguei para o hotel 3 vezes, esperei 1hora e meia e no fim tive que pegar um taxi que deu uma volta enorme comigo e com isso cobrou muito mais do que deveria. Nem sei nem por onde começar...o café da manhã é medíocre e muitas outras coisas... |

The front desk staff was helpful. The train and air shuttle service was necessary and good. The location of the hotel on a busy two-way street with no walking space was a problem. There is no restaurant that is convenient. A reasonably good restaurant required a walk along the busy street mentioned above. The hotel front desk needs to be able to make a computer available for air travellers who need to make flight confirmation and seating arrangements. |

The young woman clerk was most helpful. Oleggio does not have restaurants close by, we had no auto, she found a pizza place to deliver dinner for us. |

The manager "went the extra mile" to accommodate our travel needs and communication difficulties. We found the hotel to be more "personable" than many others, intimate and individual. |

The shower had good water pressure. The breakfast selection was okay, but there were a lot of flies around. There were water streaks down the wall of the room. There was grout missing from among the shower tiles. There was no trash can in the main room. The desk person sent the car service to the wrong terminal, then talked for 10 minutes on the phone while I waited to check in. |

Shuttle to airport as we were told the hotel was close to the airport and the rates reasonable?! Hotel run down and being worked on. The water was rusty colored the day we arrived and there was no hot water in the morning. This was one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at and left a bad impression for booking 'on line' again. We didn't expect it to be a 4 or 5 star but did expect more than we got. Even the driver who drove us in from our hotel in Menaggio was reluctant to leave us! |

The staff was very accommodating by picking us up at the airport late at night & taking us early the next morning with their free shuttle. They were very friendly and helpful. The hotel needed to be repaired - stained & torn carpet, rooms need to be updated. Also, the bathroom in the lobby is still the toilet hole in the floor, & not a sit upon toilet, which many travellers would find unappealing. |

The Staff were nice. The hotel is supposedly new but it looks more likely to be under new ownership. I have travelled quite a lot and have never stayed anywhere as run down and dirty. Other than the lobby which looks nice our room was disgusting. |

The young man on reception on our arrival was helpful and provided additional pillows There was very little buffet breakfast left at 8.00 am, as 'they had been busy' and the food that was available was very poor. |
