Score from 164 reviews Very good
This bed and breakfast in the heart of Rome is only a 16-minute walk from the Colosseum. The San Giovanni Metro Station is half a mile from this property, which offers free Wi-Fi.

Featuring a rooftop terrace with a bar and hot tub, Welcome Piram Hotel is 220 yards from Termini Train Station. It offers air-conditioned rooms and suites with an LCD satellite TV.
Score from 3667 reviews Very good
located close to termini train station, very convenience
no clear direction to the place, difficult to find especially at night.
I liked everything about the place.
Noise in cities is a problrm.
good position, near termini station, friendly staff, had a kettle to boil tea which was nice.
went during november. The humidity in the room was extremely annoying during the night!!! had to sleep while wearinng a cap or risk getting a cold!
Perfect situated near Termini station, but hard to find. Staff friendly and we could leave the luggages in hotel before leaving to airport. Bed was ok and room was clean.
Toilet and shower very small, not for big people. And obviously some sanitet problems, cause smell in toilet was really bad. Breakfast far away from hotel and you only get 1 cup of coffee and 1 croissant. It would be ok, if it was mentioned clearly in hotel information.
Very nice B&B for the price. big room; nice view; good breakfast in a close cafe.helpfull staff. very clean
one day bad odour in the bathroom
quiet location but handy for the termini train station and for places to eat.Excellent value for money
As it is rooms with no office reception in the building on the day we checked out and left the keys and our lugage to be picked up later and we had to e-mail to arrange a time for Francisco to be at the apartment on the last day. However he was there on time to let us in so no real problem.
the location meant we never needed to use a taxi. It is very handy for Termini station so you can walk straight from the airport train to the hotel in less than 5 mins, but you didn't hear the traffic or the trains in the room. It is also easy to get to the public transport, the tourist buses and even to walk into the centre. The fridge is spacious.
The smell from the drain in the shower was unpleasant. We covered it with plastic when we weren't actually showering and that helped. You can hear what is going in the room next door very clearly and the bed was a bit too hard for my liking. Breakfast is comprised of a cup of coffee and a sweet pastry in a cafe which is beside the Maria maggiore church. Savoury options are not possible.
Very close to Termini Station; possible walking distance to the Colosseum
Although the breakfast is included, which is in a nearby cafe, no problem; the taste is good, no problem. The only thing I did not like is the breakfast (a cup of coffee and a bread) is not enough for me.
Everything else was good
great hotel for what you pay! location also perfect.
To much noise from the neigbours ;(
Next to Termini Terminal and good restaurants as Alfredo on the corner
It's like single apartament, in case of emergency nobody will can help you. If you travel during the summer get the air conditioner on your check in.
near to train station, friendly staff
there was a water leakage in shower / washroom
The host was very nice and the hotel rooms were clean and in OK size. Fanti rooms are situated in the middle of Rome, so there is not need for any transportation to discover a city.
Only the breakfast was poor.
Room decent size with small tv and cable, but all in Italian. Location close to Termini train and bus station.
It was hot and humid! No air con or fan! Leaving window open didn't help either. Shower was small with shaky sliding doors. Community refrigerator outside the rooms for all to use. Paid for 7 days room with breakfast, but only received for two days, because restaurant closed last three weeks in August.
I couldn't have asked for anything more; clean, nice, central, quiet, new
The air conditioning system did not work, unless you pay 5 euros per day. The room was terrible hot.
It was next to the train station, the room was big and comfortable and the man was very nice.
We had to pay traveller tax, the elevator was ancient and quite scary, and the location wasn't close to many landmarks.
More a flat than a hotel. Good place.
Quite noisy place. From the street and also from the building. The breakfast was sweet every day. I´d prefer sandwich.
No airco Stinky bathroom!!!!
Check out was at 10am but he let us stay in the room as our flight wasn't till late, really comfy bed, near the train station, shared fridge, basic but very clean I would stay here again
Nothing I would really complain about you get what you pay for, dont expect 5* if your not paying 5* prices
- very close to the termini - friendly and helpful owner - very good price for the location and amenities
- disgusting smell in the bathroom, especially from the 3rd day - it is not a hotel in the true sense, but remade apartment - a lot of noise from other rooms, but it is not the hotel fault
Excellent location, right in the heart of Rome, close to all transportation methods and everywhere is a close walk. Excellent value for money, is perfect if you are travellers and dont intend to spend much time in the room, very safe and also comes with a safe Most amazing view from our window
Wifi only worked the first night Neighbour is very rude, rang the doorbell to the rooms consistently one day and when my partner opened it was abused by her about not shutting the lift doors properly even though we took the stairs Otherwise couldnt have found a better place to stay and will definately be returning when in Rome again
location is perfect and stuff is very helpful. we also gladly used the fridge ;) stayed the whole week in here and very pleased.
we could hear all that neighbours do. but fortunatelly only once:)
traditional building and a good experience with me a chinese visitor, room is new revamp everything goes well, and the building is good maintain. value B&B and strong suggest.
Location, price, room
Even though they promoted speaking English and haveing free Wi-fi - neither was there. We were able to cope with my fair Italian and I was never able to use the Wi-fi. Two steps away from reception connection was lost.
