The hotel is part of the historic centre of Siena. So you go through old portico to get to reception. Break fast is in vauted cellar. You could see the cathedral from our balcony as well as view across countryside. I love all that! It was also very comfortable, clean and staff helpful. Perfect for us.

The property is stunning and set in a most beautiful Tuscan location. The history of the property , having been a Monastery , is really interesting.simply gorgeous Tuscan architecture , with its own beautiful working church within the building. The most wonderful part of the experience was the staff, lead by Michelle who is the best example of how to make guests feel special and like friends. Nothing was ever a problem. The masseuse was also amazing The food was delicious All in all , I would say without being over enthusiastic , that this had been the best hotel experience , for several reasons , that I have enjoyed. Good location for old city. Breakfast was nice - no hot food but still enough choice. Room air conditioner was working well for both heating and cooling. Beds basic but we slept well. Nice big bathroom with lovely hot powerful shower. Opening window to bedroom.
