Bathroom was a bit smelly, small flexibility for check out (we had to be at ten in the hotel and could not check out any other time), no elevator to lift the heavy bags
Clean, spacious, teapot in the room, comfortable beds, good value for money, would stay again.

Breakfast not good (in station bar) -few choice
Location very good - in train station. Staff is nice and helpful. Room & bed is very comfortable.

In the shower we were missing a shelf or anything like that to put the shampoo and soap. When we mentioned this, they said, they already know and will fix it soon. Parking was a little difficult...
We were very surprised about the beautiful rooms, nicely decorated, brand new and although right at the train station, very quiet!

Hotel had the another address then in description. As the room was located in the Central train station we never opened windows. For breakfast you have a coupon to the cafe in the station.
Location is perfect for traveling with the train. The room is beautiful and clean. Nice stuff. The room is located in the Central train station building but it is absolutely quiet.

The location is perfect only 3 min walk from/to station and to downtown, friendly and helpful staff at the check-in, also sent me a msg to confirm arriving time in case can't find them.

I pride myself on finding a good hotel and often judge an entire trip by how happy I was with my accommodations. When we arrived at the train station we walked to the wrong building but called the number on the nice email we'd received the day before and the girl came right down to get us. When entering the building, which is literally ABOVE the train station, I was already feeling worried that disappointment was headed my way. After many stairs (for those that would find them a problem) we came upon a bright, new and modern reception area and my dread subsided. The host gave us our key rings and pointed us to our rooms. In all my years of traveling I have never walked into a room that was more impressive than the photos. This place is fantastic even though a little odd. Maybe it's odd because it's in such a random place or because you expect something to be wrong because of the mediocre entrance. However, everything is modern, bright, white, crisp and clean. There were plenty of fresh towels put out and a couple of toilettrees. We had three rooms in our party and each one was similar yet unique. Each room has an armoire, a safe, a small writing desk and fridge. It also included a tray with a kettle, tea and coffee. The shower had nice water pressure and there is a fun little surprise waiting for you in there which I had never in my life seen before. They really have the little fine finishing touches at this hotel and whoever decorated and put thought into the details should be commended. The beds are ok (they looked like cots when I peeked under the bedding) but I thought the crisp white linens were nice, not luxurious but clean and crisp. I look...more like scrutinize, a place on how clean it is and I would give it 4.5 stars on cleanliness which I pretty much never give. Location wise, unless you want to be in one of the five villages, was perfect.

Breakfast is offer at the train station (café et croissant).
Just perfect to visit the Cinque Terre.
April 7, 2015
The breakfast is offered in a fast food restaurant of the train station. There is not much of a choice in the menu: a plain focaccia OR a croissant, bottled juice, tea or coffee. We were expecting something else for the price we were paying. Also, bring your own shower gel and shampoo. We only had shower gel the first day of our stay and the reception is only staffed in the mornings.
The location of the hotel is quite convenient. It is right in the building of La Spezia's train station. Our room was clean and not noisy at all despite of its location. Overall, the hotel is a nice base to explore Cinque Terre for a couple of days.
April 5, 2015
Our room was not located at the same address as the Booking.com's hotel info. The hotel had sent me email and given us the directions to get there, but I tried to find the place as told in Booking.com. It was my stupid mistake, and Francesca came to pick us up(thanks!) but we were a bit confused to be honest.
kind and helpful staff, convenient location, very nice and clean room

Because it's close to the train station, there were noise of trains at night.
Location: is in the same building as the train station. Go out and turn right. Staff: really friendly and helpful Facility: new hotel and very well decorated

We liked everything
The hotel is in above the train station so its perfect if you wish to see Cinque Terre by train The staff is very nice

Off-site parking was a bit of a distance from hotel and cost 10€ per day. There is no elevator at the time of our stay - though I think they may be adding one - and it was quite a chore dragging our suitcases up and down. When anyone in the reception/corridor was talking it was quite loud in the room.
Friendly helpful staff. Really beautifully decorated main area and room. Very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom with powerful shower. Very secure parking off-site in private garage. GREAT location in railway station making visits to Cinque Terre very easy. Also short walk to centre of town. Really quiet as well despite location right by the station. Would definitely stay here again.

As is often the case, we base many of our choices on the pictures provided by the hotel, B&B or other. In this case, we know we were housed in a different set of rooms in the same building. On the whole not a problem, but disappointing none the less, as the room we had was in the process of an overhaul, but with a poor layout: no room to walk around bed, tv mounted on wall right at head height. It would make a great single room.
Location near train station and just a short walk to to center is excellent. Woman who met us very friendly and helpful.
March 15, 2015
The room was very spacious with a beautiful bathroom. Very friendly welcome and helpful information about travelling to Cinque Terre. We wished we could have stayed longer.
March 10, 2015
No elevator with several flights of stairs to negotiate
It was clean and comfortable and very close to the train station.

there is not the mirror in the room just only one in a bathroom.
nice location & clean kindly staff
March 6, 2015
Look if there was just one thing I could fault in an almost perfect place would be a suggestion that they get carpet in the foyer to dampen the noise of people coming and going and try to make the doors to the rooms close a bit more quietly. It is not a big deal but that would make it even nicer.
Close to La Spezia station which is the gateway to Tuscany and to Cinque Terre but you are not at all disturbed by the train. I went in winter and I think at that time definitely better to stay in La Spezia as most of Cinque Terre (shops/cafe/restaurants) is closed. La Spezia has an economy other than tourists so there is something to do and restaurants open all year. Room clean, nicely decorated, heated in winter and comfortable. Great if you're an independent traveller. The staff and owners are very friendly and helpful.

Not very well equipped. The room was OK, but we didn't received it in the same building, where we reserved it. Breakfast in the raillway station.
Nice staff. Clean room. Free WiFi.
March 3, 2015
The breakfast could be better, only a simple plain focaccia and a hot beverage. Also the place to have breakfast (inside the train station) didn't look very clean. The free parking is far from the Affittacamere. For safety reasons we chose the paid parking (10euro/day), which is also closer to the Station. Due to the proximity to the Station, some noise from the trains can be heard from the room. But it did not interrupt my sleep.
Exceeded expectations regarding the room, very clean, pure white, nice fragance and newly decorated. Sheets, towels and pillows looked new, clean and were confortable. It is very close to the train station that takes us to Cinque Terre. The staff that attended us was friendly and helpful, and Wifi worked perfectly. For my purpose (cheap weekend individual travel to visit Cinque Terre), this room was perfect. But if you are looking for a romantic trip, choose a hotel/room in one of the 5 villages.

Nothing really, everything was good for the price. We took a triple-bedded and the single bed was quite narrow. Also maybe should have a vending machine with snacks/drinks in the lobby
The rooms are pretty -room was well equipped with tea/coffee, desk and also a safety box, comfortable and pleasant.
