Stuff is extremally friendly and welcoming. Room is qite big and well furnished. Place is very cozy - feels like at home.

Plastic dishes and cups for breakfast - not ecofriendly. For such a small place it would be easy to manage the regular glass dishes. Hope they could change it.

- transport from and to the airport - nice persons - near to the airport - this stop was only because of our connecting flight to New York

- restaurant to far 20min walk but very nice - LANTERNA

This is a B & B and very cute and sufficient for a short stay at a reasonable price. Everything is clean. Located in a residential area, close to the airport. Good restaurant nearby. Also a supermarket.

The staff picked me up from the airport. They were nice and considerate. Excellent bathroom facilities. Room was comfortable for the one night stay and price very competitively.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Staying here felt like home and it was very relaxing. The cleanliness of this place was definitely something to be admired and is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. A staff member also provided a FREE ride to the airport which was greatly appreciated.

Christina was so kind and helpful. I took the Terrabus to the Fuimicino stop (which is sort of in the middle of nowhere, or at least it seems so at night) and called the hotel and she actually came and picked me up at the bus stop which is a few miles away. Then, for just a few euros, took me back to the airport for my very early (5 am) flight. She was super kind, helpful, and I appreciated everything. All I really did was come in late, sleep, and leave very early, so I don't know about the area around the hotel THe hotel itself was clean, quiet, and nicely decorated. Nice, hot shower and comfortable bed. Free wi-fi I highly recommend it due to it being so very close to the airport (5 minute drive)

There was nothing bad--everything was great

I liked the staff but they can't speak English so it got quite difficult to communicate . They were sweet enough to drop me to the airport at 4.30 am in the morning so I appreciate that service

It was tucked away in a lane and not too many options of public transport were nearby

Really nice family, we needed to set off every early in the morning and had excellent transport service. Only 6 minutes to arrive at the airport. The room was great too, well designed, very thoughtful and clean. Restaurant nearby and takeaway menu can be found on the reception desk. Nice kitchen as well, coffee machine, auto-selling machine, cakes, drinks...Like it!

my stay fell on pasqua and all shuttle buses were celebrating... breakfast really modest

Everything was pleasant; the Staffs were nice and friendly; Claudia and Thomas to name a few. And spoke English. The facility was up to date. Its very suitable if one needs somewhere closer to the Fuimincino Airport and the fact that are willing to pick and drop you off at the airport.

Breakfast needs to be improved.

La ubicacion es muy buena, cercana a Fiumicino. El hotel es impecable y la atenci'on es excelente. Tanto la duena como su hijo Thomas, son muy amables y serviciales. El traslado desde y Hacia Fiumicino es muy apropiado en comodidad y precio, con el vehiculo del propio hotel. Es un hotel y su personal, muy recomendables. Saludos.
