The location was great for walking around Tivoli. The breakfast was superb, with home-made cakes and croissants, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The internet in the apartment was not very good.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They even lent us an extra stroller for our child! The breakfast was very good. The mother in law made the brioche and it was lovely.

Although we arrived before check-in hours and forgot to call ahead the owners were very nice and had the rooms ready as soon as possible. Very friendly and courteous people. Rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was good. Would definitely come here again, enjoyed our stay very much.

The hotel is situated not far from the railway station and splendid places of interest (villas). The strolls about them are unfogettable! Hosts are so sharming, hospitable and benevolent, mother's cakes are so delicious that you wish to come back once more. When I had a problem with my foot they took part in my situation and helped me. Thank you very much, Joanna, her mother and Alessandro, you are real people of your magnificent Italy!

This B&B is right next to Tivoli train station (handy for visiting Rome). The owner, Alessandro, was so friendly and helpful (upon arrival he spent time explaining a number of things about Tivoli and Rome and he recommended an Italian restaurant in Tivoli for Italians, so we were the only tourists that evening).

Excellent room service, hot water, very clean bedroom, kitchen and WC. The stuff was very friendly and were speaking very good english , they gave us many instructions and tips for Tivoli town. Breakfast was homemade, orange cake and excellent italian coffee made by owner's mother. They also gave us free maps and tourist guides and they had discount tickets for villa Adrianna. The final day they offered me the owner's office in order to do online checkin and print the boarding passes for airplane. The most friendly and helpful stuff I have seen in any hotel or B&B.

The decor seemed very cheap - specifically the lamps were red plastic, so when you turned them on you got red light! It is a few flights of stairs up, and no elevator.
It is about a 15 minute walk, downhill, to the town of Tivoli, and you have to go there to really do/see anything. The staff was very friendly. There was ample food for breakfast. The rooms extremely spacious.
