Location was very good.

Wifi was not present in the hotel and also they initially said that breakfast would be provided at another restaurant with sea view but they did not provide the breakfast.

Proximity to the coast and to many shops, restaurants, hiking trail and transportation. Easily accessible by train. Modern hotel room with nice common area and common larger balcony. Reasonable price.

No view in one of our parties' rooms as described (although a price adjustment was made after requested); no sign for the hotel made it more difficult to find; no elevator. No private balcony; workers still doing renovations; common balcony used for hotel laundry area.

Beautiful location... the hotel seemed to be four rooms on the third floor of an apartment building, which was a little confusing, but once we were inside it was perfect for us. The staff was very friendly and helped us with printing out boarding passes and anything else we needed. They were so NICE!! The view was AMAZING... perfect spot in Monterosso to home base for fantastic exploring.

It was a little hard to find... we asked one of the locals and they lead us right to it. Right on the beach... beautiful!

Location related to train station was amazing. It was so clean and modern. Bathroom was private and modern. Breakfast was run at a little restaurant up another road. That is also where the front desk is to pay. It has an amazing view of the beach. It was the best value per dollar of any place I have ever stayed at in Europe. More spacious, clean and modern than any place for comparable price.

Not great communication with the staff. It is a good place to stay but not if you are looking to be taken care of or have someone handy to ask questions to. It's like renting a room with a private bathroom - not like a hotel.

The room was very clean with a balcony that faced the beach which was fantastic.

Bit tricky to find the other hotel to check into.

Not a hotel - we were given a key to a room and told breakfat was way down the street by Anita who was not at all friendly - took at least 2 hours to find this place after asking many people - they all agreed the owner needed to signpost this place as the locals are constantly pestered by people looking for this place

Room 18 was perfect. Location on the beach, balkoney and seaviev. Super!

Fantastic position, great rooms, excellent breakfasts, excellent communal lounge area, beautifully bathrooms, friendly staff, lovely balcony overlooking Monterosso. Good value for money.

Beacuse they did not have a room for me,they moved me to a hotel that, fortunatley, was acceptable.

Affittacamere Lo Scoglio did not have a room for me, in spite of the fact that I booked 10 months in advance and arrived promptly at check-in time. Why didn't they notify me in advance?

Great location, location, location. Clean modern comfy B&B style with large,stylish common room and great large balcony with view on beach.

The location is excellent, directly at the beach, actually even at the public beach; many beaches in Monterosso are private and one must pay. Our room with balcony was outstanding, with views in three directions: the ocean, the town, and the mountains. Not all rooms have a balcony or this view, we were lucky. Anita is a wonderful hostess and the included breakfast at the Restorante La Pineta is excellent. There also is a general living room for all guests with a big screen tv, couches, and a large balcony with table and chairs and a gorgeous view.

These are rooms of an apartment on the third floor (second floor in Europe) and there is no elevator. So one must carry one's luggage up (and later down again).

There wasn't an iron in the hotel

Baths were very modern and rooms were clean as a whistle. There were 4 rooms with a large common room and balcony overlooking the water. View was lovely. Owners were very accomodating. It wasn't far from the train station and place where you check in is very close. It's run by the owner's daughter and is where you usually have breakfast. It was closed for renovation so we had breakfast at a place accross the street which was right on the ocean.

On the third floor so lots of steps but worth it for the wiew, Expensive but then the whole area is.

We had to leave early -- train strike the following day and we would have missed our flight -- and the proprietor was very understanding, even gave us a discount even though she did not have to.

Room was smaller than expected, with a shared common area. Not bad, just not expected. More information on the booking.com description would have helped set expectations better.

The room and bathroom were great and pretty big for just two of us. The staff was friendly but we really didn't see them besides check-in. The only downside was there was no Internet in the hotel and we couldn't find any in town, either. Not a big problem though if that is what you are looking for or if you are only staying for a couple days.

Zimmer und Bad waren frisch renoviert, die Bilder auf Booking.com sind veraltet, wir waren positiv überrascht!

Die information auf booking.com, dass das Frühstück in einer nahegelegenen Bar eingenommen wird, ist irreführend. Das Frühstück ist im Zimmerpreis nicht inbegriffen.

抵达的时候是个雨夜，老板的父亲开车来接的我们，而且非常热情。客房非常干净，隔音非常好。门口就有一家非- 常不错的餐厅，老板和服务人员都很友善，还有一只可爱的小狗。

Malgré une terrasse particulièrement attrayante, il est dommage de ne pouvoir y prendre le petit déjeuner (necessité de se rendre à un café voisin au demeurant bien sympathique)

チェックインを、と指定されていたレストランとホテルが工事中で存在せず、電話番号が書いてありましたが国- 際携帯電話は持って行っていなかったため途方にくれました。近くで仕事をしていた作業員の男性に英語で聞い- たところ、ホテルがあるはずの住所のあたりの家のインターホンを押してくれて、イタリア語で尋ねてくれて、- その家の女性がホテルまで案内してくれました。看板や表札も何もなく、案内されなければ全くわかりません。- それにホテルのオーナーのおばさんはほとんど英語が話せず、私が携帯電話を持っていたとしても、コミュニケ- ーションはとれなかったので、親切にしてくれた方々がいなかったら、と思うとぞっとします。 あと、カードは使えず、現金のみでした。チェックアウトについてなどの会話もイタリア語のみで大変苦労しま- した！！

La salle de bains !

Fausse bonne adresse : un hôtel qui se veut de luxe mais qui ne tient pas ses promesses : pas d'ascenseur, salle de petit déjeuner quelconque, petit déjeuner banal mais surtout les prix sont exorbitants et absolument pas justifiés : 140 euros pour une chambre qui donne sur une rue, c'est le double de ce que nous avons trouvé le lendemain dans la ville voisine pour une chambre avec vue sur la mer ! A notre remarque, il nous fut répondu : c'est un appartement et la terrasse bénéficie d'une vue sur la mer, sauf que la pièce de l'appartement ( spacieuse il est vrai ) est commune à 4 chambres et donc personne n'en profite. Personnel affairé à autre chose qu'à la satisfaction des clients !

Le petit-déjeuner à prendre dans un autre établissement, relativement éloigné de l'appartement. Prix clairement surfait par rapport aux prestations.
