The hotel staff were friendly and helpful; I particularly appreciated lifts to Norcia, and willingness to provide return transport, as the weather was poor. What caused me considerable inconvenience was the fact that there is no such place! 3 locals had no idea where the street was located in the village, and I was eventually directed to the Hotel Hermitage, which appears to be a totally separate venue on your website. Once at the hotel, no complaints, but you need to ensure that you provide reliable info on website - a non-Italian speaker would have been struggling.

It was well equipped, and well kept. Temperatures were convenient at this region. The pool and breakfast were nice, using the facilities of the Hermitage hotel (same owner). The owner was helpful in finding information about thing to do in the area, including events. We had to argue with the owner about included the breakfast in the fare.

La gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario e del personale Che nn fosse segnalato sul sito come dependance dell'hotel hermitage..avremmo impiegato meno tempo a trovarlo!

La cordialità dello staff Infastiditi dal fatto che avevamo con noi una piccola cagnolina, nonostante fosse stato fatto presente al momento della prenotazione e posta come condizione essenziale, fermo restando che abbiamo soggiornato solo 1 notte.

bagno pulito e stanze nel complesso confortevoli. Sistemadi aereazione ottimo. Staff molto gentile e disponibile (noi avevamo una quadrupla, che si è rivelata poi una matrimoniale + un letto king; il personale ci ha assegnato subito una stanza aggiuntiva nel caso fossimo scomodi) posizione rispetto a Norcia: a Savelli non c'è praticamente nulla e Norcia dista buoni 10-15 min in auto.

Parcheggio no problem Vicino norcia, in mezzo ad un bel paesaggio Camere ben riscaldate. Personale gentilissimo. I bagni non sono confortevoli. La porta del bagno non si chiude. Il soffione della doccia non si tiene.

Accoglienza dello staff strepitosa e professionale.Max pulizia e ottime pietanze. Vicinissimo a Norcia e panorami mozzafiato. Ideale rapporto qualità -prezzo. Bagno in camera troppo angusto.
