Large rooms with refrigerator. Nice common kithen area where you can prepare a meal. Short walk to the old city of Lucca. Free parking. Was a little hard to locate the street at first but only because the markings of cross streets wasn't on our map... follow the road to the actual cross street and it is right there to be found. |

The Hotel is about 10 mins away from the walls of Lucca, not a nice walk but not too bad either. Don't be put off by the lack of breakfast there is a wonderful pastry shop next door. Finding the hotel was the hard part! It is down a small road next to the Stella Pastry shop. |

The room was comfortable and very clean. Bathroom good and very clean. No breakfast but the patisserie next door was excellent there is so many cakes and pastries available and reasonably priced. Good coffee and good service. Our main complaint was the noise the brochure in the hotel states that as the road is not a through road it is very quite. It's not! The noise started at 4.30 am from the bakery next door people coming and going in cars and vans I would assume delivering/collecting their goods. In fact we could not understand why we slept in so well on the monday before we left quess what the bakery was closed for the day. Location - Stella was not far from Lucca city but if you want to get nearer to the guest house maybe for a last drink there is nothing around and the ones that were were always closed,. |

This hotel only provides rooms. There is a "breakfast area" where one can make one's own coffee et cetera, but, as there is a great coffee bar adjacent to the hotel, this is really not necessary. There is a fridge in the room should one wish to chill a couple of beers! If arriving after 7pm it is necessary to make special arrangements as one can normally only check in between 3pm and 7pm. The hotel is very convenient for walking into the centre of old Lucca (about 10-15 minutes) where there is a wide choice of restaurants. This is an ideal place to stay if you want to be near the centre of the old town and don't want to spend too much. The rooms are comfortable and have en suite facilities, but don't expect luxury at this price. |

The hotel was a good well priced option for vsiting Lucca. The position was both quiet and with easy access to the town centre. |

The hotel was clean and within walking distance of the city. The airconditioning was good. It was useful to have access to a kitchen as well. |

We were looking for a hotel to stay at last minute - we were coming from south Tuscany then flying out through Pisa the next day. Didn't know which town to stay overnight in based on our short turnaround. The hotel was very easy to find (esp. with a GPS!) and quite close to the autostrada. The room was very quiet. We slept really well - the bed was very comfortable too. |

I liked the decor of the hotel, not typical hotel furnishings, instead very Tuscan. Very clean and modern bathroom. It also has a communal kitchen that is for the guests to use, well stocked with everything you would need. I had email contact with the hotel prior to arrival as we were arriving after business hours and they were pleasant and helpful. All arrangements went smoothly as planned. Only that there was no lift and I had to carry my suitcase up 2 flights of stairs but it is only a very minor inconvenience, not enough to spoil my holiday. |

The reception staff were very helpful, lovely big clean room, bathroom excellent. Coffee and tea in kitchen. Access to kitchen was a real bonus. For the money, great accomodation. The walls are very thin, can hear everything from above and next door unfortunately - not sure what can be done about that though. |

Traditional construction. Friendly staff. Simplicity and good value. Make sure you telephone in advance to make arrival arrangements, as the normal reception hours are only 3pm to 7pm. However, after hours arrangements were good. |
