Affittacamere Tre Fre'

Good place if you travell by train. Easy to make trips to Cinque Terre both by train and boot. Nice harbour.

Central location at a reasonable price

No one to greet us on arrival, however when we rang the manager was extremely helpful and escorted us to the free carpark

Location was excellent! Would highly recommend anyone on a quick trip to the Cinque Terre to stay here. Was only a very short walk from the La Spezia train station and within 8 minutes by train you are at Cinque Terra. No hauling your bags around up and down hills trying to find your hotel, however there are many stairs in this hotel but the few flights of stairs were certainly worth it.

It isn't a hotel. It's a building who live people. In this building is the 'Affittacamere Tre Fe' . a girl gives you the keys, take the money and leaves you alone. The internet wi-fi was awful and there wasn't anybody to solve the problem. It's impossible park near the 'hotel' and the breakfast was in the other place (far from the 'hotel'). I'm sorry but there, I won't go never anymore.

Very close to railway station for ease of travel. Close to restaurants, shops and other facilities. The lady who welcomed us was lovely.

No lift and we were on top floor. Our room was comfortable but small.

That I managed to stay only one single night and got the @$#! out of that as soon as possible

Booking.com is misleading clients by calling this place a Hotel. It is not !! This is a smart Italian guy selling rooms but without any infrastructure at all like for instance a reception.....When I arrived at the address, found a sticker with my name asking me to call them. The 4 store building have other residents and workers. The room was located in the 4th floor, poorly ventilated at the back of the railway station. On the the top of that, the frre parking means that you have to drive 2km into a residential area of the city that do not charge the parking fees. Its not owned by the hotel whatsoever. In short, this is a trap for the stupid and the unexperienced traveller that will find this exotic. Instead, stay at Portovenere or in Monterosso or mark my words: You WILL REGRET IT !!!

We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was very pleasant, clean and confortable. A basic hotel that suits a short budget trip. The owner is so kind and gave us all the tips we needed to get around town and visit 5 Terre the best way. Value for money!

Close to train station and city centre

Breakfast was not readily available. A good walk away and not really breakfast(a dry croissant and cold coffee) facilities in room didn't work properly(air conditioner)felt very cramped. No parking available (had to pay extra)and not very close . Felt very claustrophobic .

When we are having our breakfast, the reception in the restaurant is really nice and friendly to guests. Free parking is great.

Comfortable B&B with tea making facilities. Clean, close to railway station.

Great staff and location for train to cinque terre

Perfect lotation near the trainstation. Easy access to the Cinque Terre!

Hotel is in a great location with easy access to the railway station. La Spezia has great restaurants and shopping and is the best gateway to the Cinqe Terre walks. We would definitely stay again.

Sistema di ospitalità molto casual, però piacevole, è situato in posto facilmente accessibile i gestori molto cortesi e attenti ad eventuali necessità, credo che se mi ricapiterà ci tornerò volentieri.

Camere confortevoli, ideali per viaggi veloci.

La proprietaria non era al corrente del nostro arrivo. Abbiamo aspettatto che qualcuno arrivasse per darci le chiavi della stanza. Una delle due stanze non era molto pulita.

O atendimento dos funcionários (o Paolo estava nos esperando mais cedo do que o horário normal de check-in sem termos avisado antes), a decoração contemporânea do apartamento, a limpeza do local, a internet sem fio grátis.

O prédio não possui elevador e foram três longos lances de escada. Para quem tem muita bagagem ou tem problemas com escada, é um problema.

Pas d'accueil à l'arrivée - un petit papier collé sur une porte close avec un n° de téléphone et un correspondant qui ne parle pas un mot de français. Pas de parking autre que celui de la gare

Bei Problemen mit unserem Auto fanden wir überdurchschnittlich hilfsbereite und freundliche Angestellte vor. Die Lage ist optimal für Wanderungen in die Umgebung, da in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof. Kleiner Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher vorhanden.

Nous avons été relogés dans une annexe de l'hôtel. Notre chambre ne correspondait donc pas du tout à notre choix initial. Très cher pour une chambre très spartiate et obscure. En outre, problème de carte bleue: le montant (300 euros pour deux nuits) a été débité deux fois. Je ne suis toujours pas remboursée à ce jour.

Ottima posizione a 100 m dall'area pedonale e in prossimità di un parcheggio a pagamento sempre aperto. Camera a 1° piano su lato strada molto silenziosa e climatizzata. Staff molto gentile ed accogliente.

They advertise Free Parking. If you ask, they will send you to public (communal) parkinng 1,9 km (!) far from the building. You may use underground parking at the train station what will cost you some extra euro. Mould at the shower.

La chambre très bien agencée et propre sauf dans la douche où le carrelage était plein de taches d'eau et où une serviette de bain usagée traînait par-terre.

Le manque de présence d'une personne à la réception. A notre arrivée, il y avait un petit mot collé sur la porte pour appeler par téléphone la réceptionniste et ensuite elle n'était pas sur place en permanence. S'il y avait eu des problèmes ou des urgences dans l'hôtel, la nuit, ... il fallait téléphoner sur un portable. Il faudrait prévenir les futurs voyageurs de cette situation dès la réservation de la location

Ce n'est pas un hôtel donc pas de réception. Sur appel téléphonique, une personne arrive de l'extérieur pour ouvrir et vous montrer la chambre au 4ème étage sans ascenseur, donnant sur une rue très bruyante même de nuit. Le petit déjeuner inclus doit être pris dans un bar à 10 mn à pied et consiste en un café et un croissant. Rien de plus. Pas de parking gratuit ou peu cher proche.
