Clean and friendly
No Bathroom and quite a lot of street noise but I expect that is the same everywhere.
Reminiscent of staying at a friends house; the lady owner is very friendly and helpful. Exactly the opposite of impersonal hotels.
Good location, and budget-friendly...
Extremely friendly and accommodating host. Breakfast is included, host actually catered to each guest and made individual cups of cappuccino each morning. Good location, very close to train station and all main attractions. Rooms were spacious and clean. Once windows closed at night, very quiet and we were able to get some good sleep here.
Wifi was not working our first two nights, but owner had it fixed by third as it was the weekend. No AC or TV. Did not like how shower was positioned over toilet. Very noisy at night if windows left open.
The staff was very helpful, kind and intelligent, 5 mins of walk from the station Near to everything Walkable from the hotel tothe other tourist spots
The only thing was the entrance, i it was a lil bit freaky but overall it was a good stay for me :) thank you vanessa
The location was why we chose this place- we needed to get to the train station early the next morning. Room was big but basic.
The entrance to the building smelt like urine. Many stairs to walk up with bags to get to the house. Strange guests opened our door at about 5am??? And were crashing around in the kitchen???
a bit noisy in the morning
The location; you are really into the historical center and can do everything by foot. The owner; a very kind woman who helped us with whatever we needed. She is really there for her guests. The room; clean, alot of space, big windows, internet, air conditioning. A fair price for what you get!
The beds are not really comfortable, but after a long day in Florence we slept good anyway ;) The bathrooms are not very handy, with the toilet almost into the shower. The breakfast is ok, but we would have liked more fresh and various food.
Kind & warm owner, convenient location and good wifi connection
A bit noisy (at night)
location, facility, very friendly and helpful staff,
Very clean Big room Air conditioning Hair dryer Wifi in the room Breakfast The staff is excellent
The wifi signal was very poor but you don't travel to be online 24/7!
the lady looking after it was soo lovely. felt homely and cosy. clean and simple. perfect location and value for money. great place to choose if you are after a few nights stay and are on budget as this is perfect.
no lift made it harder to get our suitcases up to the level.
near to the train station and the lady who runs the hostel is helpful and friendly. There are two shower rooms, which are quite clean.
The light in the triple room is a little bit dark.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and nice room!
Nice stuff and good breakfast.
comfortable beds，nice host and breakfast，will come back again！
great location, free wifi, friendly staff
Toilet was not en suite, beds were not normal, they were camp beds
Great location close to train station and major sites. Several food options and a grocery store nearby. Very clean and well maintained. Nice variety of breakfast options. Vanessa was so sweet and helpful. We highly recommend.
Noisy at night but worth the trade off for the great location.
The location was so close to everything. The young woman running it was wonderful. I loved looking out the kitchen balcony at the rooftops below.
The moldy smell at the entrance of the building. There was no bad smell in the B&B.
The staff was absolutely nice, very friendly and always helpful. You can buy Italian food in the market and put it on the fridge of the hotel. The place was very clean and the room was huge and comfortable. Even when it has shared bathroom, there is no issue about it, There was always one available, clean and of a big size. The hotel is very close to almost all the important things to visit in Florence. You can walk without problems to the train station, the market, cathedral, and other churches and museums. Some people complain that outside there are some restaurants/bars and at night is a little bit noisy, but for us the noise was not a big issue at all. It's a nice place to stay for a good price.
Good location and kind owner
Street-side rooms a little noisy. Wifi near the kitchen is weaker.
Friendly and helpful staff
It is a bit hard to find we are not aware of the red number are for retailing shops and black number for residence. Once being told, then it isnot that hard to find already. It is located on 2nd floor somemore
The staff is kind and caring. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.
A flight of stairs very hard to go up. No lift. Noisy neighborhood but the windows can block the sound. The heating didn't work in the second night and it was quite cold.
Looks like small but comfortable..
Great location, close to all touristy locations. Near lots of eateries, and all other conveniences!
Although not related to our accommodation, there was a distinct smell when entering the building, on our way to our floor.
