ミラノの中心部から遠いいが駅から近いので便利だった。部屋はきれいで、朝食も予想以上に良かった。 このクラスのホテルはほとんどそうだが、やはり隣の部屋の音がちょっと気になった。 |

ホテルスタッフのレベルは人によってバラバラ。笑顔満面の女性、ブスッとした男性と、ホテル内の教育はでき- ていないようです。また、私の部屋の窓のシャッターが壊れ、修理を依頼したのですが、すぐには修理はしても- らえず、いつまでに修理するという案内もありませんでした。３☆ではこれくらいの対応が普通なのかもしれま- せんが・・。部屋はきれいにしてありましたし、インターネットはフリー、さらに地下鉄の駅に近いので、ビジ- ネスでの滞在にはお勧めです。 上記のとおり、スタッフの対応はいまいちです。 |

Near the Metro stop Hotel location was not very charming. Most rooms face onto the street and windows are not double-glass. Also, staff is not very friendly. I had to change rooms because the WiFi didn't work in my first room. |

A 3-star hotel with a 4-5 star quality. Great breakfast buffet, great location. I highly recommend Agape Hotel to anybody who's looking for quality lodging in Milan. We were pleasantly surprised. Enjoyed our stay at the Agape. We liked everything. |

A block from nearest metro station. Then just 20 minutes from Duomo. Very clean roooms, hotel well maintained and friedly staff. Fair breakfast buffet. |

Location is good, not too far from the city center. Better to book the parking, it is very difficult to find place for the car somewhere else. Personnel was great, very friendly and flexible. |

Friendly, helpful staff, very accommodating , always a smile. Easy Metro access. Able to relax in the lounge in the evening. Perfect coffee to start the day off!!!! Clean bathroom and room. Mattresses and pillows could be updated for a more restful sleep. |

This hotel was near a Metro stop which made it easy to access the city of Milan. They also had a good breakfast and there was a parking garage nearby. It was a good value in a city of very expensive hotels. The hotel is across the street from a noisy apartment building and the street traffic was noisy. |

Hotel easy to reach, close to metro.room was well designed and nice layout. Continental breakfast fresh and good. room just beside had TV on loud and we could hear everything.the breakfast room was a bit small not enough tables. |

Not far from metro station. We had a free public parking just near the hotel. Receptionist said that it's ok and no pay was needed. Bad smell in the room. Very uncomfortable shower: it actually the small bath and you can not take a shower without making everything around wet. Very very poor breakfast: we came in 40 minutes before it over and there were no food except of a little fruits and one peace of cheese. |

It was pleasant stay all round with young children, comfort, cleanliness, service and quite location, minutes from metro and central. Can be busy at breakfast time as not many table to serve at the same time. |

Perfect breakfast, metro is just 2 minutes from hotel and there is 15 minutes to the Duomo and easy access to every corner in Milano, parking on the street is safe and easy, really clean and quite hotel. The stuff was great, really helpful and nice. it is really good to have free access to the Internet. Good air conditioning. |

Silent room, with good view onto Milan residence area. Perfect breakfast. The metro is just 1 minute to walk. The parking on the street is easy. The price of 79 euro for 3 persons was really sweet. |

The continental breakfast was better than most we experienced. There was a great variety of meats, cheeses, breads, pastries, and fresh fruit not to mention that coffee, espresso and cappuccino was made as it was ordered. The staff was also very friendly and it was nice to have free wi-fi. The walls tend to be very thin and any commotion in the hallways were easily heard as well as the fact that almost all doors had to be closed roughly to shut properly which was also disturbing with late arriving neighbors. |
