The staff is very friendly and were helpful with our ground transportation needs. The restaurant is excellent. The lobby, lounge, restaurant, and room design and furnishings are very quaint and beautiful. The hotel is closely located to Fiumicino airport, which makes for easy access.

Beautiful place close to the airport but away from the noise. The owners are super friendly and I loved the food from the downstairs restaurant and the room itself. Make sure you get the b&bs driver! Itook an airport taxi there and it was twice the amount! Got the b&b taxi back, cheaper and faster.

The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable, and clean. It was nice to have a good restaurant on site. The only problem was, as it was the end of the evening, they were out of most everything on the limited menu. We still managed to have a nice meal, and in the morning, quick trip to Fumincino. There was a couple in the room above us, who were rather loud until after 2 am. I was disappointed that there was no breakfast offering until after 8 am, and we had to leave at 8 am to catch our flight. So out the door with no caffe.

This B & B is very close to Rome FCO airport and is a pleasant stop before going to the hustle and bustle of the airport. Dog friendly, pleasant owners and a great place to stop before or after a flight.

Staff were so nice to us and helped us out when a horrible taximan tried to extort us the restaurant in the B&B was obviously a local favorite and one of the best meals we had had in two weeks in Italy. The restaurant was charming with several fireplaces an open oven and homemade local dishes. Rooms were simple but very adequate and the staff took us to the airport in the morning to catch our plane. All in all a lovely experience. Try to arrange a shutle from the hotel. The taxi ride from the hotel is onla about 2 miles and our taxi driver drove us for almost fifty ,minutes saying he was lost even though I had given him a map with explicite directions, address and the phone number. The hotel staff dealt with him and we didn't have to pay the over;ayment but it was not a good experience. The hotel has a shuttle service I would suggest using both ways Location near the airport cant be beat

Staff is friendly, rooms are large and freshly decorated, one maker is provided in the hallway for one early expresso,at night everything is quiet, rustic frame restaurant serves up good cuisine and in the morning if we not misunderstood with the young lady at the desk front you can ask for one more personnalised breakfast, parking is safe and the country context (donkeys and horses included) is funny. Some lackings in the room ,hot water gap running, where to lay our goods ,not really daily housekeeping done...

Lovely farm setting close to the main airport runways (Fiumicino). Perfect if you have a car. There is ample private parking. If you don't have a car it's a bit "in the middle of nowhere". On our arrival, staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. A dinner table was promptly booked for us as we arrived in the evening. Restaurant food was excellent (real italian pizza!) and the staff was also very professional. Our room was reasonably sized, bigger than most hotel rooms. It was also very comfortable and had no problems getting a good full night's rest. We were leaving very early so couldn't have the full breakfast in the morning. The staff offered to bring up some fruit to our room for the morning. There's a small coffee machine outside the rooms to make coffee too. Great idea. Much as I tried, I could not get much hot water to the shower. Not sure if I was missing something.

We feel welcome in that place. The owner was very friendly and encouged us to feel good in his place. We didn't know the menu for the meal I think that there is no menu so we had to know what we wanted to eat before ordering plate. Indeed we ate very well pizza and steak and salad.

The rooms were very nice, clean, comfortable, and warm. The restaurant downstairs was very beautiful and the food was great. We had a very nice night in the quiet countryside, yet very convenient to the autostrada and Rome. Breakfast was also very good and the price was very good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

It's located close to the airport and cost 20 Euro for taxi to get to Fiumicino airport. I guess it would be suitable if you are looking for something near the airport, if not, don't bother, it's very far outside Rome. The B&B is very nice and charming, there's a restaurant under it with awesome seafood. We stayed at room no. 3, everytime we flushed the toilet, it made a very long weird noise which is really annoying. Other than that, this hotel was perfect for us.

Francesco negotiated down the taxi fare as the driver tried to charge me more than double. He personally escorted me to the room and showed home how everything worked. The restaurant was delicious and the whole place was very charming.Wish that that I could have stayed longer.- Bill

We stayed at AgriSesto the night before we left for our cruise. The staff was very friendly and offered a reasonable transfer from Fiumicino Airport. It was a great location, very close to FCO, which was what we needed after almost 20 hours of travel. They also had a very cute restaurant and free wifi. When trying to figure out how to get to the port for our cruise, they were extremely helpful in getting us to the train station and telling us when we needed to be there and exactly where to go.

Francesco was fabulous to us. He went out of his way to help us. The food in the dining room was excellent. In particular I was able to select a perfect bisteccta a la fiorintina. They arranged for a taxi pick up to take us to FCO. Excellent property and service.

What a great welcome at this family-run b&B. We were greeted upon arrival with help to carry bags to our room and cold water to drink, as well as an espresso maker that works 24/7 outside the room. The rooms were very comfortable, with lots of hot water in the shower (The only challenge was reaching the plug to use the hair dryer; required standing on a chair to reach it). One big highlight was the restaurant. Great meal in a fun location. The breakfast was also by far the best we had in Italy, with many choices--to include yogurt, fresh-cut fruit, toast, cereal, and different types of sweet and other breads. With the amenities and personal touches by the family (like printing out a map for us to get to the airport), we would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here on layover from Croatia before I flew to Canada the following day. It was close by, they included a continental breakfast, they had a shuttle service to and from the airport and had a lovely onsite restaurant/pizzeria. My room was huge, clean and had a large modern bathroom. Agrisesto was also close to a beach area if you wanted to spend the day there. Be aware that as in most of Italy, no elevators and many stairs. I had no car as I was staying on layover, but I would recommend that you should have transportation if you are going to be using the beach or staying more than one night and expect to do day tripping.

I would recommend AgriSesto b&b to all travellers~solo guests, groups, and a romantic "rustic" get-away for the couple who wants an authentic experience in a bellissimo setting. Francesco, the eldest son, is a very charismatic "angel" & 30-something "surfer" who will be happy to pick you & your group from the airport during the day~ or his equally lovely cucina (cousin) Margherita will be happy to arrange early/late arrival from nearby fmc airport for 20 eu with local transportation. AgriSesto is the perfect tranquil place to start your trip or to unwind & relax nearby the airport a day or more to assure easy arrival for your departure. I was given a beautiful & very large suite with views of the farm, horses, and pastures. Very chic, modern & yet immaculant, rustic & very comfortable! The breakfast is a delicious & substantial cucina served in a beautifully & authentic trattoria. Antonio's father & younger brother (on a surf trip to France!) oversee a very fantastic ristorante~trattoria which features aged beef ("melt-in-your-mouth"); Prosciutto & local fresh fish & gourmet traditional/local Mediterranean fish & vegetarian meals. . .cucina familia (Agri)SESTO abundaza & delisiosa! Also, make sure to ask for a bottle of there lovely "Rosso degli Angeli" Fabiani wine, which is a perfect light & yet fully developed wine, with a hint of violet & fruit from their ancient Lazio vineyards. Fregene is the "Secret Beach" for the Roman elite & surfer/artists . . .although I arrived without transportation, I was welcomed @ AgriSesto by Gabriela (Francesco's lovely & dedicated mother). I speak a little Italian, and my inability to communicate "A Roma" was quickly remedied by warmth & AMORE! I was welcomed to accompany Francesco on a tour of the beach town . . and was welcomed to be taken to do last minute shopping & ATM stops. . with a sweet smile & a feeling of "la familia!" ARRIVIDERCI ROMA! Loved the agrisesto b&b! I will be back!

Beautiful room, accomodating staff and reasonable price. I found it difficult to communicate with the staff over the phone when i I needed the transportation offered. It took several phone calls to finally get a taxi. For the amount saved it would have been easier to just hail a cab.
