Excellent Breakfast friendly staff and they drove me to train station afterwards.

Door to room locks by itself so if you don't have your key with you it could be a minor problem.

Stefania, the owner, is super nice. The property is beautiful, the breakfast was yummy, and the location was perfect for visiting the Etruscan Necropolis.

It had a friendly, warm atmosphere with a staff to match. The food was also top notch.

The'hotel' is nicely located in the countryside nearby Cerveteri not far from seaside (Ladispoli), nearby a lake & less than 1 hour from Roma (easiest is to get a train from Ladispoli that takes almost everywhere in the city). It is well equipped & decorated with taste. Swimming pool is very welcome in the heat of the Latium summer ! Stephania & her family are very friendly & do their best to make you enjoy your stay giving you good advices. Food is simple but nice (from Thursday till Sunday only) and breakfeast offers a wide selection of products. We enjoyed our stay & would really recommend this place

Only 2 remarks : Would have been good to have air conditioning in the room (fan was not really sufficient as weather was really hot). Shower is a bit narrow for a tall or large person and bathroom is big enough to install some larger one

Well set out with the accomodation (group of 10) with everyone enjoying their stay. Food in the restaurant typical Italian, reasonably priced and tasted delicious. An excellent breakfast with several Continental choices. Easy to find with the route signposted coming out of Cerveteri the nearest town with restaurants if people decided to go elsewhere for evening meal.

There is nothing negative I can say about Casale di Gricciano

My partner and I spent a lovely weekend at the Agriturismo Casale di Gracciano. While we were originally looking for a seaside location for spending the first weekend of August, it turned out that most accomodation located at the seaside was either fully booked or quite pricey. The Agriturismo is located in the hilly countryside of Cervetery (you'll need a car to access it) and a mere 20 minutes drive from the closest beach. The owners work primarily as farmers and take care of 11 guest rooms as a side business. This will guarantee you very tasty and fresh produce served both at the breakfast and at their restaurant including locally produced wine, both food and drinks are very reasonably priced. Also, the owners will tend to your every need in an extremely friendly way. However, consider that part of the charm of the place is made by the relaxed atmosphere. This will also guarantee you some flexibility from the owners (we arrived very late on the first night, after the restaurant closure and they still agreed to prepare us some food). The swimming pool is very clean and well equipped with sunbeds, umbreallas and a shower. Very international guests composed of mainly families and couples.

The only inconveniance is the lack of air conditioning in the rooms (although there is a fan). This might be something to consider if travelling during summer.

We had a pleasant well-decorated and spotlessly clean room on the third floor with an excellent bathroom, a small balcony and nice views over the garden and farm-land. There was a good pool which unfortunately we didn't find time to use and breakfast served in the roofed courtyard was excellent.Staff were attentive and helpful. Great location from which to visit the Etruscan necropolis about 4km away.Overall an excellent experience despite the slightly shaky start - see below.

The place was well signposted and fairly easy to find despite its rather obscure out-of-town location.We got no response to ringing the bell to have the gates opened or to the mobile phone number I had been given - a bit frustrating after a long journey at 9.30 pm. I had to phone the at reception phone to get in.It was a bit of a struggle up three flights of stairs with all our luggage - no help offered. They do not offer air- conditioned rooms as the local electricity supply is inadequate and our bedroom was very hot. We were able to sleep only because we ran the fan all night and because we were very tired! Disappointed too that the well- advertised restaurant/pizzeria wasn't open the night we stayed.

Location was wonderful with great view of the landscape and the sea. We got two double rooms instead of family room for same price. Very good deal for us. It is very comfortable to have restaurant at the agrriturismo. And the pizzas were great. Swimmingpool good with plenty of room. Not far from good beach (15min). We would like to return. Luca took some of our luggage to the room. There is a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere at the hotel.

The house wine is not very good ( not expensive either)

We had a very pleasant stay at Agriturismo Casale Di Gricciano. We had just spent six days in Rome, so what we were hoping for was an absolutely relaxing place to stay. And it was! There was a great pool with a beautiful view over some green field and the sea. The staff showed an incredibly hospitably - they were friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere was in general very nice and warm. Also the rooms were really big and nice clean. The hotel is placed really well. It is placed between a beautiful lake and a nice sea. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful olive and vineyards.. Though to visit the hotel you have to have a car! Or it is too difficult to get around without one.. The restaurant was great! We were really impressed! But unfortunately we came a sunday, so we were only able to eat in their restaurant that one day. Because the restaurant was closed monday, tuesday and wednesday.. If we had known that, we would have come thursday to sunday! But all in all - a great, cosy and nice hotel with an incredibly staff!

It was very friendly,loved the home made food,nice view on the countryside and very close to sea and to Roma.

Excellent home cooking at the restaurant, breakfast is good also , ingredients are fresh from field or local supplies, home baked desserts, giving real taste of Italian cooking , portions are very generous at reasonable price , so should plan to eat there if staying. Great hosts , very welcoming . Would stay there again if visiting the area. Nice sights near by .must visit the necropolis and the museum in Cerveteri .

Would recommend car with sat nav especially if arrive late as it may not be easy to find at night , during day time is fine once you reach Cerveteri as there are plenty of sign posts to direct you there .

Les hôtesses ont été extrêmement agréables et attentives à chacune de nos demandes. Notre fille a adoré, et on se demande encore pourquoi on est parti

“Tanto relax e cucina della tradizione” 26 apr 2013 Tonypage86 Ottima la posizione per esplorare la necropoli etrusca a pochi minuti, Bracciano con il suo lago e bel castello, Ladispoli per i vari lidi. Da sottolineare la completa immersione nella natura, silenzio e relax. Camere arredate con semplicita' e pulite.Inoltre molto buona la cucina con prodotti semplici e della tradizione romana.

Poche attività tipiche di agriturismo o non sono state proposte.

Останавливались с женой на одну ночь. Для путешествующих на авто- идеальный вариант. Замечательные гостеприимные хозяева (отдельное спасибо хозяйке Стефании). Все сделано с любовью: сам отель, ресторан,территория. Чисто, уютно, удобная парковка на территории. Прекрасные виды вокруг и спокойная обстановка, никакой городской суеты; удобное расположение по отношению к морю и Риму (для путешествующих на авто). Для путешествующих с детьми никаких проблем с размещением не будет. В гостинице отличный ресторан с домашней кухней и проблем с питанием даже в низкий сезон не будет. Найти отель не сложно - по дороге есть указатели. Рекомендую всем, кто любит индивидуальный подход и нестандартные маршруты путешествий.

D'abord, l'accueil chaleureux et aidant. Le site est très agréable, pas loin de la mer et d'une petite ville sympa. Point de chute parfait pour des voyageurs arrivant à Rome en quête d'un coin tranquil pour se remettre de leur décalage horaire...

La piscine n'était pas dans un état optimal, à cause apparemment des intempéries récentes. Si la piscine est important pour votre séjour, mieux vaut vérifier son état avant de réserver...

Остановился на одну ночь в отеле: представляет собой небольшую гостиницу, расположенную в окрестностях Рима (30 км). Очаровательная семья владельцев. На завтрак хозяйка испекла пирог для меня и двух моих детей. Приятные буколические пейзажы - ощущения, что попал в Римские окрестности времен Вергилия или Горация. Жалею, что смог остановиться только на одну ночь проездом из Пизы в Рим. Рекомендую всем, кто хочет отдохнуть вдали от городской суеты, в то же время с возможностью посещения Рима - проезд на авто займет не более 30 минут. Совет: приезжайте на авто на три-семь дней, ложитесь по-раньше,т.к. в 6-7 утра подъем обеспечен кукареканием соседского петуха. На авто проезжаете Червети, поворот налево и по дороге еще около 1-2 километров, ориентируйтесь на указатель гостиницы.

Posizione fantastica: sulle colline tra vigneti e uliveti a 5 min. da Cerveteri e 15 min. dalle spiagge di Ladispoli. Proprietari gentilissimi, atmosfera molto familiare, cucina ottima.

Der Standort ist optimal, um - per Mietwagen - sowohl das nördliche Latium mit seinen Etrusker-Nekropolen als auch Rom und dessen nähere Umgebung zu besuchen. Ein guter Sandstrand am Mittelmeer ist knapp 10 Autominuten entfernt, der Lago di Bracciano rd. 30 Minuten. Die Unterkunft liegt schön und ruhig außerhalb des Ortes, ca 10 km vom Meer entfernt (Luftlinie). Vom Balkon unseres Zimmers bot sich mehrfach das Schauspiel eines bilderbuchgleichen Sonnenuntergangs. Die Wirtsleute sind außerordentlich freundlich, kommunikativ und (erfolgreich) bemüht, Gästewünsche zu erfüllen. Dies gilt für alle, insbesondere aber für die Wirtin und die Nonna, mit denen man am meisten Kontakt hat bzw. haben kann. Es war ein Vergnügen, dort gewesen zu sein.

Das Brot (zum Frühstück) - aber das ist bekanntlich in Italien so und keine Besonderheit des Hauses.
