Beautiful location Great Staff
A bit of a drive on a dirt road, but worth it
This is a charming agritourismo in a beautiful, picture perfect setting. Lots of attention to detail with delicious homemade breakfast. We would definitely return
Welcoming and helpful owner. Good breakfast and helpful local information
A very warming welcoming, help for visiting and all home made food for breakfast!
Delicious homemade breakfast and rooms were lovely and clean
We loved it all
The host and everybody made sure our stay was great, they shared with us tips and recommendations that helped us a lot; besides the place is gorgeous! I'll do my best to return soon.
Everithing was perfect!
Angela was wonderful and very interested in talking with us. Loved her!
Location to Orvieto Beautiful home Welcoming hosts Farm and atmosphere
Stay too short
the agriturismo is set in a beautiful place, overlooking vineyards, fruit trees, and little hills. Angela and Alex were very friendly and helpful, and the room was nice and clean. Wifi was available in the balcony overlooking the beautiful view and even outside. The reception in the room was not optimal - the walls are nice and thick. Angela was very patient giving us wonderful recommendations for tours around Umbria, which we followed and enjoyed in the next days. we definitely hope to be back!
This is a friendly, family-run B & B in the countryside near Orvieto. Unlike some B & Bs, it feels like a tiny hotel, although one with children and pets in the yard. The hostess, Angela, was extremely cordial and helpful and the breakfasts were very good. Our room was spacious and very clean, with a comfortable bed, large towels, and a view of Orvieto from our room! Angela gave us very helpful advice as we made our plans to tour the area. Agriturismo Cioccoleta can be a little hard to find, but there are very good signs that lead you there from Sferrocavallo, on the north side of Orvieto. We enjoyed our stay there very much and highly recommend it to others.
There was nothing that we did not like. It was delightful.
Hospitable hosts. It was lovely to be in the countryside.
We found the mattress a little hard. Otherwise 100%
Angela the owner was darling and so helpful with suggestions on where to go and how to get there . She and her young family have a wonderful home that is warm and inviting in a gorgeous setting , right in the middle of a vineyard. The rooms are spacious with a private bath.Everything is spotless. Angela makes all the jams and morning cakes. We had a wonderful two days there and would return.
I found the bed too hard.
The hosts, Angela &Alessandro, are very cordial and pleasant. Cater to all your needs any time of the day or night. Very good breakfast which includes homemade baked goods made the evening before, homemade jams, espresso, juices, bread and made to order eggs. Will definitely return!
The place is beautiful, very clean, and very comfortable. The owner met and treated us as old fiends. We were so welcomed and at the same time we were very independent - we could come and leave when it is convenient for us. The breakfast food was so delicious. We were leaving very early and the owner made a breakfast for us at 7am. The location was also great - very close to Orvietto. I would highly recommend to anyone to stay there.
Although initially a bit difficult to find up a winding track, when we finally arrived it was a beautiful farmhouse set in the fabulous rolling countryside of Umbria. Delightful hosts and delicious homemade breakfast. Well worth a visit.
Quite difficult to find initially. (We arrived in the dark, probably easier in daylight!)
Very large, tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable room. Friendly and accommodating staff. One of our best stops on a 7 week trip.
Nothing to dislike.
The couple who run the place are warm and hospitable and their children intimately involved in the day to day. Breakfast were great, view from our room excellent, wi-fi excellent. Rooms are very clean. Lots of differet private places to sit for varying views of Orvieto and countryside.
Difficult to believe exit off main road and Long bumpy road in.
Angela is a great hostess and made us feel very welcome from the start. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, the wifi excellent, and there are areas outside where we could relax with a bottle of wine. Breakfast was excellent with eggs cooked perfectly to order.
We like a firm bed, but it was a little too hard.
Angela and her family. The property itself was beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We wanted to stay longer..a great sign..will be back again..
owners family, wonderful environment, perfectly renovated building
by rich breakfast missing little bit "salty" food (sausage, cheese) :o)
This is a perfect place to stay, the hosts were amazing, facilities impeccable and a great base to explore the surrounding area.
Near Orvieto. Secluded and quiet.
Angela and Alex are good hosts. The rooms we had were very clean and comfortable. It is nice to have the common sitting area and balcony. We enjoyed being in the countryside. It was nice to get eggs for breakfast.
