Great location, wonderful view, enough place, very comfortable, fabled
Hard to find it
Everything is absolutely perfect! Thank You very much again for Your kindest hospitality!
The pool was huge. And the WiFi was good everywhere.
A bit too far from most of Tuscany attractions. The rooms are old and could use renovating.
The staff were lovely and very helpful. The scenery was beautiful. Great outdoor pool. Spacious accommodation, fully equipped. Very hilly surroundings but great routes for short runs to work of the pasta.
Lack of air conditioning. No nearby places to eat by foot but kitchen facilities great and supermarket short car journey away.
Being out in the country.
The narrow roads.
The location, the buildings, the staff and the accommodation were just great and we loved that it was a working olive oil producer and a wine producer. The pool was wonderful and nothing was too much trouble.
Wi-Fi was not a secure network, we had to ask for a change of linen in the 16 days we were there and the charges for the washing were too high. The site suggests there are laundry facilities but not that they must be paid for.
Exceptional place that has been redone. It met what we wanted in a stone farm house to reside in the Tuscan countryside though this is more like a castle- beautiful and well kept.
I did not notice A/C which was not an issue at all for us in early June. A little out of the way but in easy reach of many Tuscan hill top towns.
great atmosphere, quiet location, big rooms, clean pool and unique experience to be in a real castle complex
Everything is absolutely magical!
The fact that we only got to spend three days there...
grounds were amazing. Great views, really cool property. Surrounding areas were good. A little off the beaten path, but we were fine with that.
every thing in this hotel is perfect
Absolutely wonderful place! Very friendly staff (warmest regards to Ms. Benedetta!), cozy and quite "authentic" premises, beatiful garden. Initially we planned to visit many places, but it was quite uneasy to leave I Bonsi even for Roma or Florence.
