a terrific place just far enough away from the San Gimignano. Very helpful and friendly owners. Comfortable place with a great piscine and a stunning view of the landscape and town. Go there!

Very friendly and professional staff. Beautifully landscaped within an olive tree grove, and a magical view of San Gimignano in the distance. Quiet, refined, comfortable, and staffed by a young savy couple who give excellent advice to the visitor. About 1.5 km from the town which can easily be reached by foot, or at night by car. Would definitely return.

The parking space is difficult to navigate.

Didn´t bother us, but for some people 1,7 kms to San Gimingiano may feel a bit distant. It´s gravel road to I Pini.

very friendly staff and nice breakfast. They also sell their wonderful wine and olive oil. The location is great, with a narrow path leading to the small hill in front of San Gimignano, so the view is beautiful, lying next to the swimming pool...

Great breakfast, beautiful surroundings

There were some works taking place during my stay and for some hours there was a drilling noise. Considering the reason for being there was the quiteness of the place, it was bit annoying.

The grounds were nice as you are staying within a full working farm of Olive trees and Grapevines. The view towards San Gimignano was the highlight. The staff were helpful and pleasant.

Location, location, location! Calm, in the middle of the olive trees and vineyards. Good basis to visit Pisa, Firenze, Sienna, Volterra. Nice swimming pool.

We stayed for 2 weeks and there was no variation in the breakfast. The bread was not fresh. No eggs or bacon. It was very hot during our stay. A small fridge in the room would have been very much appreciated to keep our drinks cool. The fan at the ceiling was not enough to cool down the room at night. Luckily we brought our own fan. The road to the center is a long, steady climb of 2.5 km on gravel.

Location was great. The girl who checked us in was very welcoming and friendly. She recommended a restuarant in San Gimigano with pamaramic views that we wouldn't have found other wise. The food was good, the view amazing. Felt like a family run home that was very welcoming, not just another business run establishment.

The breakfast was not very good. Not much on offer. Could have more variety. Tea was not very nice.

We had a great time at the I Pini; friendly owners, nice room with small but very clean and new bathroom, great view from the garden. Recommended to finish the day in the sunset with a fine bottle of fine wine produced by the family.

Comfortable room, very quiet at night.

Owners/Managers polite and efficient. but very much run as a business no real rapport with guests. While we were there an accident occurred outside and under our window (Diggers, Jack hammers required) Only when we mentioned the disruption the next morning did they think of apologising to us. One would have thought they would have had the courtesy to explain and apologise as soon as they saw us return to the house.

Schöne Unterkunft, mit sehr nettem Personal. Gute Lage.

Bei schlechtem Wetter keine Möglichkeit sich außer im Zimmer aufzuhalten.

Non ci sono parole per descrivere un ottima stuttura I titolari e lo staff disponibili,e molto simpatici ma soprattutto sempre con il sorriso.Camere ottime, colazione ottima. Panorama e posto incantevole.

Sehr freundliche Besitzer, Zimmer sauber, Hunde willkommen und nicht nur geduldet! Frühstücksbuffet besser als in so manchem italienischen Hotel!

Kleiner Kühlschrank am Zimmer wäre super! Gelsengitter auch!

Die positiv, unkonventionelle Art, das Haus hat Charme, die Lage in den Weinbergen, ca. 1 km vom Ort: kann man mit dem Auto fahren, muß man aber nicht!!!

Kleiner Kritikpunkt: weniger als 1,9 m² für's Bad (WC,Handwaschbwcken u. Dusche)sind doch etwas wenig; und die steile Naturauffahrt mit sehr unebenem Boden, vom Tor zur Parkfläche, ist ist ohne jede Beleuchtung. Den Charme der Anlage stört das jedoch nur in Maßen.

Sehr familiär geführtes Hotel, mit sehr netten Inhabern. Perfekte Lage mit Blick auf das wunderschöne San Gimignano. Sehr sauber und gemütlich und was uns wichtig war, sehr kinderfreundlich. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Toscán hangulat, ahogy azt elképzeljük. Kedves személyzet, bőséges reggeli, nagy és tiszta szobák.

öSterreichische Handschrift in vielen Details erkennbar (Bad, Frühstück, etc), super Lage, keine Klima, aber auch nicht notwendig wenn man die Fensterläden intelligent nutzt. Achtung, wenn ihr vor 16:00 anreisen wollt, vorher anrufen!

Ruhige Lage, tolle Ausstattung für italienische Verhältnisse, super Pool, sehr nette Betreiber
