Everything is in good condition and clean. Garden and pool area is beautiful. There is also nice area for children. Max (the owner) is very helpful and friendly. Good value for money!

With a car we decided to stay at Agriturismo Belvedere instead of a hill town such as Cortona and we loved the hotel and location. Our apartment was very spacious, comfortable and immaculate. Max, the owner, speaks fluent English and is very helpful with directions and advice. The countryside is beautiful and the spacious grounds offer a huge pool and an array of lounge chairs in a garden setting.

This hotel is located in an amazing spot, although that makes it very hard to find. We were amazed at where we were staying - a huge two storey cottage with a kitchen and an awesome view. Very nice! We were not overly impressed by the staff, maybe everyone on this website talked it up too much. Value for money is extremely good.

They really need signs towards to hotel in both directions, is very hard to find and locals do not speak good english. Take a map! Our gps could not find the road.

The view was wonderful! We could walk out of our room and watch the sun come up. The facilities are very comfortable and well appointed, There is everything you might need, either in your room or just by asking Max. He is a very gracious host, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We have stayed in other agriturismos in Tuscany and his is the best we have found! You should definitely book a room and try him out!!! You won't regret the choice!!!

Wonderful accomodation and surrounds. Relaxing. Great pool, very friendly and helpful owner and family - very welcoming. Good location to be able to visit many places around, towns close by for shopping, essentials etc.

Our stay at Agriturismo Il Belvedere was in one word: fantastic! The different appartments are all great, well equiped and spotless, the surroundings are very relaxing, the pool is refreshing, it's close by to many cities/shopping/dining/nature in Tuscany and Umbria and if there is anything you need: Max (and his lovely family) is there for you. We couldn't wish for a better host! And all of this for a price that we think is the best deal... Period.

We thought it was great so no negatives. Worth mentioning: some appartments can get warm when the days are hot (>35'C), since there is no airco. But we found that the evening breeze after opening the front and back windows/doors helps enough...

The owner (Max) greeted us at our car. He was so gracious. His grounds were immaculate, gorgeous roses, clean and inviting pool and deck. The place was stunning inside and outside, beautiful views of Cortona. We stayed in the 1800 Tobacco House. The two storey apartment is set-up with all the amenities. It was clean and welcoming. The wooden staircase which leads to the bedroom and bathroom was gorgeous. We loved this place and will go back again and again. We looked at cancelling our stay in Venice, but unfortunately could not, otherwise we would have stayed on here. Thank you Max for a beautiful retreat. We loved every minute of it. We will be back. We have told all our Canadian friends about this place.

El mejor de los hoteles en que nos alojamos en este viaje. Por mas que pienso, me cuesta elegir lo mejor del hotel. Todo muy bueno

не всегда безупречно работал интернет (Wi-Fi), советую обратить особое внимание на схему под'езда, тяжеловато найти отель даже с навигаторами

La struttura, il suo paesaggio circostante e la cordialità di Max il proprietario dell' agriturismo.

Lavoro nel settore turistico e posso confermare questo agriturismo come una struttura ricettiva impeccabile. Posizione dell'agriturismo, vista sulla valle splendida. Appartamenti curati, pulitissimi e di buon gusto. Esterni e giardino curatissimi. Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità di Max, il proprietario. Rapporto qualità/prezzo. In definitiva straconsigliato se avete intenzione di visitare questa parte della Toscana, tante mete importanti comodamente raggiungibili, prima fra tutte Cortona.

Schitterende plek met een prachtig uitzicht richting Cortona. Mooie tuin met groot zwembad en vele ligstoelen. Appartement prima ingericht, ook de keuken en dat is in Italië meer uitzondering dan gewoon. Eigenaar spreekt prima Engels.

Consiglio, a chiunque voglia passare qualche giorno in tranquillità e nel verde questo agriturismo. Camere grandi e pulite, servizio eccellente, staff gentile e disponibile. C'è la possibilità di usare la piscina ma purtroppo il tempo non ce l'ha permesso. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Perfekt zum Relaxen! Das Haus liegt richtig auf dem Land in der Nähe von Cortona. Man hat den Eindruck, zu Freunden aufs Land gefahren zu sein. Die Liebenswürdigkeit und außerordentliche Hilfsbereitschaft von Max waren beeindruckend. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und der Garten ist top gepflegt. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an wohl hier. Wir wünschen Max weiter viele nette Gäste

Was een zeer mooie locatie dicht bij cortona en andere stadjes. zeer schoon appartement en zwembad, oase van rust. Genoeg restaurantjes in de buurt en niet duur voor nederlandse begrippen. Was er helaas 5dgn veel te kort volgend jaar zeker terug. Ben pietlutig maat dit is een 10 waard.

Nous avons occupé 2 appartements au rez-de-chaussée début août 2012. Les chambres donnent sur sur le jardin et la piscine.Nombreux espaces aménagés pour prendre les repas à l'extérieur (bbq). Appartements cosy.Piscine et jardin très bien entretenus.L'hôte, Max, est discret, serviable et attentionné. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. A recommander sans hésiter pour ceux qui souhaitent visiter cette partie de la Toscane (Siena, Arezzo, Cortona, Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino) voire Perugia (Ombrie).

Equipement de la cuisine un peu limité (pas de lave-vaisselle ni de four) : mais bon, on s'adapte.
