Very attentive hosts, excellent new facilities, nature surroundings with easy access to Venice (20 min by bus). You need to have a car to get to the bus stop.

When we close the room door, air can't circulale into the room

the flats are new and very comfortable, situated in a quiet and peaceful location. It has a kitchen with the necessary dishes to prepare your own food.

if you have car this place is very convenient otherwise think twice especially with young children as it takes some time to go to Venice

This was a really great place to stay either before going to venice, or as a venue to travel into venice from.Fantastic pick-up and delivery service, a bargain at 10 euros for the whole family.Nice apartment for family with children or teenagers. Delivery of fresh croissant in the morning. Would highly recommend this as a base to travel from.

I learned a lot about AgriTourism, a fascinating idea but some of the rules were unclear. In this instance pickup at the airport by the owner was included. We did not understand that and arrived by taxi at a gated property with no way to contact and no Italian. With sign language we had a neighbor call the owner, who arrived very quickly to let us in. It was a beautiful apartment.

The owner, who spoke very little English, was very helpful and ran us down town to a restaurant as there was no food source at the apartment, but there was a full kitchen. Overall a very different but exciting experience which we would certainly do again, now knowing the ropes. A great way to see the real people in a country.

Het appartement waar wij verbleven is zeer verzorgd en smaakvol ingericht. De bedden zijn werkelijk heerlijk. De airco is geen overbodige luxe in de zomer in die streek, we waren blij dat die aanwezig was. Gianni en Michela staan zowat de hele dag paraat om de gasten te vervoeren onder meer om de plaastelijke supermarkt, de bushalte of de luchthaven te bereiken. Hun smakelijke zelfgekweekte biogroenten kregen wij er gratis bovenop, we konden er heerlijke maaltijden van bereiden. Venetië is vanop die plaats te bereiken, maar men moet tijd hebben. Dit is over het algemeen het geval in Venetië : de lange wandelingen en boottochten zijn anders van timing dan het hedendaagse moderne stadsleven elders. Samengevat : schitterend.

Le calme, la nature, l'indépendance, la grandeur et la qualité de l'appartement, la propreté, la salle de bain neuve avec une douche excellente, la literie confortable, la TV, l'amabilité des propriétaires, la proximité vis à vis du village pour quelques courses et de l'arrêt de bus pour se rendre à Venise (2Kms à pied) , la mise à disposition d'un book d'informations.... Je recommanderai ce lieu.

Dommage tout de même qu'il n'y ait pas eu de four ou tout au moins un micro-onde. Vaisselle pauvre, mais qui allait pour 2 personnes.
