there was nothing that we did not like.
We liked everything about this place - it's location, on the outside of Montepulciano, yet with country atmosphere. The B&B sits in a huge, perfectly landscaped and manicured garden park area, overlooking the olive groves; the owner is a landscaper, and his charming, vivacious, English speaking Italian wife takes care of the B&B and the scrumptious breakfast.
Monica spoiled us every day with a huge breakfast basket with freshly baked bread, homemade pastries, lots of cold cuts, cheeses, yoghurts, boiled eggs, jams, chocolate, juices, bottled water, tea and coffee; plus a small, yet well equipped kitchenette - and tons of tender loving care. the en suite is beautifully designed, romantic, and charming.
We spent 5 glorious days and nights there, utilizing it's excellent location at the outskirts of Montepulciano to make daily car excursions into the surrounding Toscana area. There are plenty of great restaurants in Montepulciano and at the outskirts of M. Monica made our reservations for different restaurants every day, and we sampled lots of the local wine.
We highly recommend this B&B for any couple who wants to fall in love with Toscana.
The only regret we had is that we did not stay there for 2 weeks instead of 5 days.
