Nice room but not serviced.Owners came at weekend only and they were helpful, caretakers rest of time not so much. I should stress this is not a hotel although more expensive than most we stayed in on hol. in Italy( see note on servicing of rooms.) Very isolated. Could not use pool for 2 days - cleaning in progress.parking very far away. Little info on area eg nearest supermarket.Poor breakfast. |

het is netjes, rustig, zeer sociaal, een ware locatie om tot rust te komen. Het enige nadeel is dat je je steeds met een wagen moet verplaatsen. Maar daar staat tegenover van wat ik net heb gemeld. |

Mooie agriturismo met een fijne tuin met zwembad. Door de centrale ligging kan je veel steden bezoeken in toscana en umbrië. De beheerders spreken goed nederlands, zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hadden een tweepersoonsslaapkamer die tijdens ons verblijf van vier nachten niet schoongemaakt werd. Ook geen schone handdoeken. |

Het onthaal, de airco, het geheel van het domein, de mensen die er wonen Margherita en Luigi zijn super aangenaam en sloven zich uit voor het welzijn van de klanten! het ontbijt zeer pover, het driekamerappartement bleek een éénkamer te zijn waarin met een trapje naar boven (in de eetruimte) nog een dubbel bed stond.Te duur voor wat het was.Geen tuinstoelen en ligzetels genoeg aan het zwembad |

Die Leute waren sehr herzlich, die Kinder durften jederzeit zu den Tieren (Pferde, Hunde, Hühner, Kaninchen, Katzen, Enten), der Pool war sauber, Spielsachen für die Kinder sind vorhanden. Es ist ein sehr ruhiger Ort mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht. |

Le camere sono molto confortevoli, bellissime e arredate con buon gusto rurale. La struttura in generale è molto bella. Il lago è a due passi. Ottima la colazione Il parcheggio un pò distante. Forse una maggiore organizzazione delle attività (equitazione, noleggio bici etc.) sarebbe consgiliabile. |

Il monolocale era molto carino, la posizione vicino al Lago, a 20 km da Perugia e a pochi Km dai paesini intorno al lago. Il monolocale era un pò freddo, l'orario della colazione troppo presto (dalle ore 8 alle 9 anche il 1° dell'anno!). |
