Rural location breakfast beautiful, quirky room lovely clean bedding and towels
mosquitos but not a major problem
Close bus link into Florence extra friendly staff car parking very nice home made wine
Rustic farm stay. A genuine experience! Best part is the warm family table at breakfast. If you don't require a clinical hotel room and like a more unique experience, this is the place. Quick bus ride to the centre of Florence.
Room can be a little noisy as the window is low by the road, with occasional cars and motorbikes going by. Wasn't a big problem for us.
The owners were great. The room was comfortable The home made food was excellent Home made wine on arrival home made jams at breakfast
Difficulty in locating the house. Top tip with sat nav, head for the Italian holiday in on Via Europa then 200 yards away at the q8 gas station is the lane signposted Agriturismo turisma. We took two hours and verbal help to find the place.
We loved out stay. Breakfast was excelling with great food and the company of the host.
the owner is friendly
as a hotel, it is really poor with the facilities and expensive.
The host family is really welcoming and friendly. The surrounding is rural but beautiful. Perfect for people looking for rural tourism/ atmosphere.
Internet only accesible from the kitchen. Though not badly communicated, it is still a bit far from the centre. The bedspreads were not clean.
1) Great hospitality, very friendly and helpful owners. 2) Very delicious homemade breakfast. 3) A bottle of homemade wine in the room. 4) Wi-Fi connection.
Friendly, informative and welcoming at all times. The owner gave us a welcome glass of wine each and had put a free bottle of his own produced wine in the room. Breakfast was an excess of local or own produced food all of which were delicious. He later sold us some of his wine and olive oil at seriously discounted prices
The narrow road leading to the property
We really liked the homemade breakfast and wine. The owners are very friendly and helpfull. The room is very rustic. We really enjoyed our stay here and the homemade wine...
Close to Florence. Hosts friendly.
Poor signage and visible from one direction is much better than the other. GPS takes you past the place to the other end of the street. Noise from people in unit above late at night
Amazing breakfast. Very nice people.
A bit far away..20-25 min to city centre by walk/bus
Enjoy staying in a farm place. Mr. Peter is very friendly and enjoy suggesting places to visit.
It needs a car to go around, or at least until a place where there are public transportation.
It's an authentic countryside experience! The family were very welcoming and we enjoyed meeting them. It's a rustic bed and breakfast in the sense that very little has changed for decades. The place is in a village on the outskirts of Florence and is surrounded by vineyards which is pretty. The breakfast is copious and tasty and the host is very knowledgeable about the area.
We were a little disappointed. We stayed for 3 nights and on the first night we didn't sleep well due to hearing other guests through the thin walls! We explained this to our hosts and there was no problem in moving us to another room, which whilst being basic was much quieter and fine. The bed and the bathroom could do with some renovation. Please also be advised that this bed and breakfast is far out of town and a 5 minute walk to the bus stop and a 20-30 minute bus ride. It's also right next to the motorway so there's some background noise.
We liked the family very much. We liked the proximity. Easy bus ride to Florence. Travel to Siena and other Tuscan towns was also easy by car.
Wonderful place, the family made us feel at home immediately and could not do enough for us. Breakfast each morning was so delicious and all homemade. I was really sorry to have to leave when the time arrived and would return in a heartbeat.
It's a lovely place in Italien style in all meanings of this word.
Owners, the room, breakfasts, car parking. Helped us to print vouchers to Ufizzi gallery. Presented us a bottle of wine.
Wifi worked only in owners' house. Far from the center.
The family were extremely kind and friendly,
Piero and Rosalba were wonderful. The wine and olive oil were fabulous. Don't forget to take some home with you.
