My wife, daughter and I was welcomed as if we were family members by a very friendly and warm owner. She offered refreshments and even the check-in was more of a welcoming experience rather than an administrative task. As mentioned by another reviewer she does not speak English but her enthusiasm and customer orientation make up for any communication that can get slightly lost. Any request is dealt with promptly and delivered with a warm and cheery smile. We enjoyed the setting and the neighbourhood, especially the great restaurant just down the road. It was a great and memorable experience, and we will definitely refer friends to Le Viole.

Everything, there is just nothing to dislike. So friendly and kind wonderful family. We were also greeted by Luciana with big hugs as if we were old friends, this was followed by fabulous home made cakes & coffee. Breakfast was also wonderful with lots of cheese, meats, breads and of course more wonderful cakes. Excellent for touring area nada lovely restaurant a short walk away. Would highly recommend

The owner of Le Viole was very welcoming. When we arrived, she gave us coffee, tea and homemade cake. She doesn't speak English but she tries everything to communicate with you. She wants you to have a nice stay and it surely was. It was very nice to taste many homemade things (such as cake, jam,...) at breakfast. The room was very clean and has everything you need.

We were enthusiastically welcomed by Luciana who immediately offered us coffee and home made cake. She doesn't speak any English, and we speak only a small amount of Italian - but that didn't stop either of us from communicating with each other. The room was clean and comfortable, and, like the rest of the property, had a spectacular view over to the French Alps. The location was excellent for us - as we prefer to be in a small village to staying in large towns or cities. A car is essential. The breakfast was typical country Italian - bread, salami, cheeses, ruit and also yoghurt, more of those home made cakes, and as much coffee as you could ever want or need.

    We liked everything.

Wonderful family agriturismo lead by Luciana. Beautiful spread for breakfast, I was provided with complimentary wine on arrival, a bicycle to explore the local area, and offered transport to Bra when I checked out. Highly recommended.

Easily the warmest welcome I've ever received, more like arriving at the home of an old friend.

An amazing family run place which is very clean and the food to die for. It is a small but homely place. We were treated like part of the family.

    Nothing was perfect

Unmatched hospitality, delicious breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. Luciana and Franco were literally the nicest people I have ever met. And the torta di nocciole for breakfast was unbelievably good. Thank you for everything!

Luciana. She welcomed us with homemade cakes and wine when we checked in. She set a beautiful breakfast table with white linen tablecloths and flowers. The breakfast was wonderful. Freshly made cakes, cheeses, meats, fruit and fresh crusty bread.

There were no problems with very late check in. They made us feel very welcome. Very friendly hosts. Breakfast was great and Barolo close by. I forgot my shirt in the room and they would shipped it to me in Denmark with no charge. Awesome service. I will definitely be back next time. Thank you.

Difficulties communicating with the Italian-only speaking hosts.
