It was a lovely location, where buses pass and its easy to get to florence, the room was beautiful, there is a bbq outside and a pool

The bed was a bit hard (I prefer it that way but my fiance was a little uncomfortable). I wasnt sure where reception was, it wasnt indicated anywhere. But otherwise I dont have a negative thing to say

the location was quiet and peaceful, but not too far from Florence, our daily destination.

the breakfast could have been a little better.

the apartment, the staff, the natural setting, the easy life and the little niceties

that we were so involved in traveling to other sites that we didnt have time to simply stay there.

Nice apartment in a beautiful area, only a 20 min drive to the car parks just outside Florence's ZTL. Was nice to relax in the apartment after a busy day in Florence.

The apartments are quite big and they are clean. The pool has a nice view and plenty of shaded spots to hang out. It is little drive to Florence from here which we didn't mind. Also, we arrived a day late since we had a car accident the day before. We called and let them know. In spite of hight season they were very kind and changed our booking even though the cancellation policy states that changes cannot be made on such short notice.

The apartment does not have an attached terrace or balcony so you need to go around the building to have breakfast outside. Also there were a lot of mosquitos but that's more a need to know since the owner cannot help that.

The room was comfortable and the mezzanine bed was a nice feature. The room also had its own balcony which was a nice.

A little disappointed by the 'breakfast included' element, which basically consisted of a plate of packaged croissants and French toasts in the room with jams and biscuits- we expected to be able to enjoy a countryside style breakfast. Also, staff seemed a little too busy to be troubled by their guest- or perhaps this was just our experience.

This place is perfection if you want to stay in Tuscany but still see Florence. The value for the money is also fantastic. It is about a 20 min walk from Impruneta along the road (where there are restaurants and a grocery store, terracota makers, etc. Spend time here even though you may have come to see Florence. It is ideal and authentic). The property is reachable by a cap bus from smn train station in Florence as well and the ride is maybe 30 min. The bus stop is right at the door with a sign for the property as well. With a car, all of this is even easier. The complaints others had about noise of traffic we did not experience in the slightest. The apartment we had is beautiful! The bed was comfy and warm, and even an unnecessary tv was provided. Clean and spacious, it also had a nice kitchen w some basic food items in stock, a bountiful breakfast provided, and the large windows essential in a tuscan apt to experience the air. The air smells of lemons and olive oil, possibly because the apt is on the property of an olive oil grove. Lemon trees were also available for our use - Monica, the owner, told us we could just go get them off her trees for tea whenever we liked. The owners speak limited english, but certainly enough to communicate essentials. They live in the house on the property, and are the most generous proprietors i've encountered. Monica gave us as much breakfast foods as we wanted, as well as teas and coffees, lighters for the gas, and even offered to drive us to impruneta when we needed. They also had a bus schedule available for us. There are no good pics online of the view from this apt either and I did not expect anything stellar because of the price compared to others. It is very nice. You can see the valley and the town of impruneta as well as some hills. The sun set out our window spectacularly as well and we would eat dinner by the window watching it.

The only complaint I have is we didn't stay long enough!

Freundliche und hifsbereite Familie, die die Unterkunft betreibt und die es einem schön machen wollen. Wunderschöne Umgebung, gute Zimmer zum Garten.

Ottima posizione: vicina a Firenze ma tranquilla ed in posizione incantevole. Gentilezza e disponibilità dei titolari a soddisfare ogni esigenza.

l'etablissement beaucoup de charme et confortable

agriturismo molto tranquillo. il nostro mini appartamento aveva una bellissima veduta sulla campagna toscana, arredato in modo rustico con travi di legno a vista. molto carina l'idea di lasciare i prodotti per la colazione già in camera all'arrivo.ci siamo trovati bene anche grazie al personale molto cordiale e disponibile.

Outre l'accueil, le calme et le confort, la possibilité de se garer sur place et la proximité de Florence (11km) pour un prix très correct. Remarque : Si l'on dispose d'un gps, les coordonnées géodésiques données sur le site mènent avec précision à l'Olmi Grossi.

Staff molto disponibile. Bella l'idea della colazione in appartamento! Molto carino l'appartamento con camera a soppalco e travi a vista. Comodo: a 10 minuti in macchina da firenze e altrettanti minuti per iniziar la val del chianti.

Il soggiorno è stato troppo breve.

La posizione di vicinanza a Firenze (con la macchina 15 -20 minuti all'ingresso dell'area ZTL) pur nella tranquillità e natura dei dintorni + parchegggio per auto privata+ estrema autonomia nella gestione dei tempi del proprio soggiorno. Il mini appartamentino, ben equipaggiato, ha corrisposto alle nostre aspettative perchè spazioso, pulito, sufficientemente confortevole, riscaldato e tranquillo. Possibilità di cucinare qualcosa. Sufficienti i prodotti lasciati per la colazione ma avrei fatto trovare anche un dolce da forno fatto in casa e un pò di pane. Biancheria cambiata quotidianamente.

Il check out sarebbe preferibile spostarlo alle 10.30. Insereriei un tostapane e qualche prodotto fresco per la colazione, tipo pane, dolce da forno fatto in casa, frutta.

La comodità del bus per Firenze. L'appartamento è pulito. Sembra proprio di stare in una casa tipica toscana, dai pavimenti agli arredi ed ai suppellettili. In cucina c'è oltre al cibo per la colazione, tutto lo stretto necessario se si vuole cucinare qualcosa in casa, come sale, pepe, olio, aceto, zucchero ed è ben fornita anche di piatti, tazze e pentole varie. Abbiamo trovato anche strofinacci, tovaglie (pulite e stirate) e tutto l'occorrente per pulire. Ogni giorno comunque l'appartamento viene pulito e cambiano gli asciugamani (se occorre).

בית טוסקני עתיק ויפה. דירה מאובזרת ומרווחת מאוד. בעלת הבית נחמדה מאוד ועזרה מאוד. מקום נפלא ליציאה לטיולים באזור. מאוד שקט ונוח. מומלץ להצטייד במצרכים לארוחת בוקר, כי מקבלים רק יוגורט, מיץ וחלב. וכיף להכין לבד. אנחנו מאוד אהבנו את המקום.

ניתן לשפר את רמת הנקיון הכללי.
