The town is beautiful and the restaurants top quality. However there is no convenience store or bakery in the town so you need to have brought with you provisions if you want to eat in your accomodation.

Supertuscans baby-we visited Ornellaia, Guado al Taso, and La Macchiole for tastings-all excellent. We ate at Osteria San Guido and Osteria Guado al Taso-both great dining experiences. We walked around the small town of Bolgheri which was a great location to stay for the visit. 2 days was perfect maybe 3 if you want to visit more vineyards.

There is a parking space and ample room in the 2 bedroom and 1 bath condo. It had a washing machine which was helpful but no dryer so don’t do your clothes in the late afternoon because they won’t. dry. we were lucky that the sun came out for about 3 hours before we had to leave this am. Bed is a queen and comfortable, no AC but we left the windows open. The outdoor space of this condo is very nice and it it is a very short walk into the small quaint town of Bolgheri.MelissaUnited States of America

The breakfast was delicious, so much choice, local cheeses, homemade cakes. Yum! And most importantly; the staff was so nice and helpful!! Would recommend to everyone and hopefully we’ll be back again :-)
