“ Podere Conti is a beautifully restored and converted stone farmhouse with incredible views over the mountains and valleys of the Lunigiana region of Tuscany. The decor was beautiful and also very comfortable. The food was fabulous with an emphasis on locally produced ingredients. The hostess could not have been more accommodating. ”

Offering 200 acres of grounds, a swimming pool and elegant accommodation with wood-beamed ceilings, Agriturismo Podere Conti is a 17th century-stone farmhouse overlooking the Apennines. Podere Conti is a working farmhouse located in Tuscany's Lunigiana area, part of Tuscany- Emilia Apennines National Park. All rooms and apartments have balconies with panoramic views of the surrounding green hills. With a choice of both rooms and apartments, accommodation here is extra-large and comes with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, kettle and a private bathroom. Apartments also have a fully equipped kitchenette. Guests can enjoy local Tuscan specialities at the restaurant, which also serves a large buffet breakfast. You will also find a games room and children's playground. Podere Conti Agriturismo is easily reached from the A15 motorway and is 30 minutes' drive from La Spezia and the Cinque Terre on the coast of Liguria. Podere Conti is a beautifully restored and converted stone farmhouse with incredible views over the mountains and valleys of the Lunigiana region of Tuscany. The decor was beautiful and also very comfortable. The food was fabulous with an emphasis on locally produced ingredients. The hostess could not have been more accommodating. My sister and I went on a hike from there to a nearby church, guided by the agriturismo's two charming dogs. We wished we could have spent a week there instead of just one night. This is an amazing unspoiled part of Tuscany and there are so many places to explore within an easy drive from Podere Conti. My sister and I highly recommend it!

Podere Conti è un angolo di Paradiso! la struttura situata in alto offre un panorama stupendo sulle verdi colline. le camere sono estremamente spaziose ed arredate con molto gusto e ricerca del particolare. la proprietaria, Cornelia, è speciale. cordiale e disponibile. gestisce l'agriturismo come una casa. pronta a soddisfare esigenze di tutti. la cucina è ottima. l'atteggiamento friendly nei confronti degli animali aggiunge quella leggerezza che permette a chi soggiorna di godersi anche il proprio amico senza problemi. vacanza ottima sotto tutti i punti di vista. da ripetere. no! tutto perfetto

Een mooi appartement op een prachtige (maar afgelegen) lokatie. Appartement was keurig met prima bedden en ruim van opzet. Eigenaren vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De uitrusting van de keuken was minimaal en helaas ontbraak bij ons appartement een volwaardig balkon.

Sérénité et calme assurés dans cet établissement en pleine nature. En contre partie, l'accès est un peu difficile du fait de l'éloignement de la ville. Vue magnifique. Très belle piscine. Chambre ultra spacieuse. Accueil chaleureux.

Dit hotel heeft het bijna allemaal: een uiterst vriendelijke gastvrouw en personeel, een prachtige en zeer rustig gelegen locatie, kamer en badkamer zijn ruim en romantisch gezellig, terras met adembenemend zicht op de bergen. Je kunt er lekker eten in een zeer charmante omgeving. Luxueuze rust en ontspanning. Het enige minpunt was dat er niet gepoetst werd. Na een verblijf van 2 weken bleek dat stilaan wel dringend nodig.

Mooie ruime goed ingerichte kamer. Restaurant serveert prima eten. Schitterende vergezichten en een niet toeristische omgeving Het is een echt familiebedrijf. Dat wil zeggen dat de eigenaresse naast haar hotel ook haar gezin met 5 jongens runt. En soms lopen die zaken nog wel eens door elkaar. Het kan dus voorkomen dat je lekker bij het zwembad zit en een paar kinderen komen zwemmen.Dan is de rust dus voorbij:( Heb jezelf kinderen bij je, lijkt mij dat prima. Kom je voor rust dan is het toch wat minder om het terras te delen met een grote tafel vol familie van het hotel die daar ook samen eten.

E' un'agriturismo completamente rinnovato e accogliente,pulito,gestito a livello familiare,un po' costoso ma si sà la qualità si paga.

Camere stupende, ampie e luminose, arredate con gusto. Vicinanza a tutti i luoghi di interesse della Lunigiana. Staff cordiale e disponibile.
