It offers an outdoor swimming pool and free deck chairs and sun umbrellas to take to the private beach, one kilometre away. The extra-large rooms at Podere Giulio are all set on 2 levels. All come with a private entrance, external patio and TV. Some also feature a kitchenette. Agriturismo Podere Giulio is a working farm producing its own vegetables, meats and cheese. The restaurant serves local cuisine based on homegrown ingredients and pizzas cooked in the wood-burning oven. Breakfast includes homemade jams and freshly squeezed juices. Services here include bike rental, free internet at the reception and free parking. A transfer service is available to Civitavecchia Port, on request. The farmhouse is around a 10-minute drive from state roads SS1 and E80. In 30 minutes you can reach Civitavecchia for ferries to many destinations, such as Sardinia. Pleasant stay, roomy rooms, peaceful, own beach though one kilometer away on a bumby road. Serviceminded woman working in the reception. Nice breakfast. We arrived 3pm, but the restaurant was already fully booked for the evening, they should ask their few guests in advance if they want to eat in the restaurant. They have a pool, but as the beach, it's driving distance to it. No airconditioning. When their credit card payment device had connection issues some manager took charge and were stressed and not serviceminded.

La dimensione delle camere - dei veri miniappartamenti, dotati anche di un piccolo patio privato. Il ristorante annesso alla struttura - più ristorante vero e proprio che non "da agriturismo" - è ottimo e ha prezzi ragionevoli per prodotti locali e di ottima qualità. La colazione "a buffet" consisteva di un piatto grande con diversi tipi di dolci - tutti buoni, per carità - una bottiglia di acqua minerale (aperta!) sul tavolo e un cappuccino. Buono, ma non un buffet...

Excellent établissement, domaine bien équipé et quasi neuf, studio agréable et confortable, personnel aimable et serviable. Le rapport qualité- prix est excellent. La tranquilité de la campagne environnante est très reposante. Le petit-déjeuner est composé notamment de fruits frais et de gâteaux maison. Le restaurant du domaine est également excellent et très abordable, et d'ailleurs très fréquenté par les Italiens. On peut même acheter de bons produits, notamment le vin de la maison, qui est une merveille. Pas grand-chose, Le domaine est un peu isolé de la ville de Tarquinia, mais ce n'est pas forcément un mal. Par contre, la route est assez mauvaise, mais ce n'est pas la faute du domaine.
