Each of the ten flats in an outbuilding have an independent entrance and central heating, a mezzanine floor and they all suggest a sober and elegant choice of interior design, particularly studied to the comfort of modern life.

The ten flats are linked to a private pinewood by a 1-km- long shady path through which you can walk, drive o ride by bike. This quiet place is excellent to take a break, to relax or to read. The path also leads to the beach and the clean, calm sea. All the best for an unforgettable holiday!

The completely converted farmhouse, which still maintains its original structure, is situated on a 60 hectare farm run by three young brothers

The 10 separate apartments created within the main complex of buildings all have attic rooms and independent central heating. Each of them can entertain a maximum of 40 persons.

A splendid tree-lined private avenue (approx. 1 km) for walking, bike riding or driving, links the 10 mini-apartments with the farm’s pine-wood, perfect for days spent reading and relaxing.
This in turn leads to the beach and a calm clean sea for an unforgettable holiday.

The old city, churches, beautiful towers and squares, 12 km of ancient town walls with wonderful views of the heart of the Maremma.
