This old farmhouse is in the hills of the Val d'Orcia Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Tuscan countryside. It offers independent apartments, free parking and panoramic views. Each of the apartments at Agriturismo Poggio Tobruk has a TV, a double bedroom and a living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette. The Poggio Tobruk farmhouse has large panoramic terraces providing views of the olive groves and the countryside. Desserts are served in a large Tuscan-styled dining room. Olive oil is produced right on the farm and is available for purchase. The Tobruk is a 10-minute drive from Terme di Bagno Vignoni, Castiglione d'Orcia, Pienza and San Quirico d’Orcia. It is not a classical hotel, we felt like a farmhouse. Stay there for two days was a unique experience in our two weeks travel to Toscana. The hill where it is build give impressive views from the surrounding. The beautiful D'Orcia Valley and towns such as Pienza, San Quirico D'Orcia, Casteglione D'Orcia etc could be apreciated from our windows. We stronly recomend for anyone interested to know the rural side of Toscana and in particular the impressive d'Orsia Valey. Nothing

Poggio Tobruk is nestled in a beautiful landscape with sweeping views of the Val d'Orcia. The location was within a 10 to 15 minute drive to towns such as Pieza, San Quirico and Montalcino. Our host there was very nice, hospitable and helpful. He gave us very good information about the area regarding, restaurants, sites, thermal baths and history. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. They produce there own olive oil which you can purchase and they have bottles of local wine available as well.

Fantastic location with a private drive and great view. Friendly owner who speaks French very well and has nice wine for sale too. Very quiet, a rare treat these days ! Credit card machine didn't work but I'm sure that has been fixed by now.

You get a 360 degree postcard view, it is so beautiful and peaceful there. Federico and Marco were very nice. Breakfast is superb with some delicious home-made cakes. The cats on the farm are cute and lovable. Location is central to the various hill towns. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Gestori di estrema gentilezza e disponibilità. Casale posizionato in zona tranquilla con vista sulla valle direttamente dal terrazza della camera. Camere molto pulite. Tutto molto curato.

Pasamos un fin de semana estupendo visitando la región de la Toscana. El hotel se encuentra en una colina y desde lo alto se ve Pienza, San Quirico d´Orcia, Bagno Vignone y otros pequeños pueblos cercanos. Por la noche nos deleitamos observando la Via Láctea. Los niños estuvieron encantados y la abuelita durmió de maravilla. Los dueños son dos hermanos muy amables. Las habitaciones estaban impecablemente limpias y cada una con vistas a los alrededores.

Понравилось всё. Попали в отель, как к себе в летнюю резиденцию. Чисто, уютно, красиво, стильно. Находится достаточно удобно - очень близко к разным достопримечательностям. Стоит в красивейшем поле, вокруг потрясающие виды... Можно было бы немного больше зелени в виде деревьев. Не хватает тени.

Posto tranquillo e riposante, tra le mille sfumature del verde toscano. Marco e Federico sono deliziosi e riescono con semplicità a farti sentire proprio a casa. E' un posto in cui tornare e da consigliare senza riserve.

We had a lovely stay, mainly the view from it, looking over an amazing valey, absolutely stunning. A friendly place, comfortable and worth while. wifi should be improved.

Lugnt och tyst läge i vacker natur. Nära till många fina byar och små städer. Praktiska och rena lägenheter. Man måste ha bil. Gården ligger lite ödsligt och ägarna bor inte på gården.
