“ We made a splendid tour of a week in Toscana and the most 2 magical nights were spent at this wonderful place. The house is placed at the deep country side and we drove 5 Km in a very small road that our GPS didn’t discover before reaching to this beautiful rural house, surrounded by green hill, starry skies and deep quiet. Step off the beaten track at Quercia Rossa Rural House, set in peaceful Maremma countryside close to the spa town of Saturnia. Enjoy beautiful views over the farm's olive groves. Relax in Agriturismo Quercia Rossa's panoramic outdoor pool or go walking through the rose gardens and vineyards. There is a picturesque lake on site, where you might be lucky enough to see some of the local wildlife. Dirt tracks lead all the way to the nearby villages of Manciano and Montemerano from here. Accommodation here is in elegantly decorated rooms which come independent access and antique furnishings. They are all air-conditioned, featuring DVD players and minibars. Enjoy lovely hillside views. Friendly staff at the Quercia Rossa can get you discounts at Saturnia thermal baths and book you wine-tasting tours and horse-riding trips. The area nearby is full of beautiful mediaeval Tuscan towns which are often overlooked and stunning beaches are less than an hour's drive away. The Quercia Rossa serves breakfast in the main hall, which overlooks the gardens. Try the farm's own organic olive oil, vegetables, and cheeses, as well as local meats and homemade pasta. We stayed in this place for a few nights on our honeymoon and it was fantastic. The house is situated in a peaceful countryside surrounded by Tuscany hills. There are many charming places to see in the vicinity, including old villages, thermal baths and the beach. Both breakfast and dinner was fabulous and made with local and homemade products; for the forthcoming guests, we would therefore highly recommend half-board service. Besides the food, the highlight of this house is certainly the most hospitable staff who made us feel at home. We will certainly come back!

The countryside hotel was beautiful. Car is a must, but it's worth the drive. The sights and sounds of the tuscany area are unbelievable. Breakfast was one of the bestthat I've had at a B&B or hotel. Eco friendly was a nice touch. The facilities were outstanding.

Just perfect in all aspects: complete silence, great personality, marvelous house renovated and arranged with a very fine taste (antique furniture in large rooms, well dressed table) and love for esthetics, even the music has a lot of "style"! Perfection in the service (as in a 5 star-hotel): personal approach, very kindly, good tourist tips for the surroundings. Extremely exquisite cuisine made by la "mamma" Maria, for breakfast (home-made bread and yoghurt!) as well as for diner (local specialities in abundance, several courses with wine, water and coffee, all this for only 28 euro pp) and served at a very long table. Panoramic views in a romantic landscape, peaceful garden with a large swimming pool. Price/quality excellent. An exception in all points of view. I felt as a princess in a castle.

I stayed for three nights after reading all the great reviews - it was even better than expected and food/wine was superb. I wanted some peace and quiet to which there was no end. The star-gazing is amazing since set so far from city lights - been a long time since I've seen the Milky Way look so good. Situated for some amazing day trips - thermal stream/falls in Saturnia, Medieval hill towms & etruscan necropoli at Pitigliano, Sarano and Sovana, Archeological & Nature Preserve of Vulci, and Romanesque churches of Tuscania. Amazing! Be sure to ask about the history of their furniture - very fascinating! Everything was perfect! Best Agritourismo experience in three years of dedicated traveling across Italy.

The house is placed at the deep country side and we drove 5 Km in a very small road that our GPS didn’t discover before reaching to this beautiful rural house, surrounded by green hill, starry skies and deep quiet. The owner was very nice and helpful. Thought we told to the owner that we will come late after dinner (while actually we came earlier), he prepared for us a great meal and made sure we are comfortable. Breakfast was great – they make their own bread, cheese and jam - and the owner recommended us places to go and restaurant to eat – bingo every time. Toscana in its best!

Can not recommend the Quercia Rossa highly enough. Had an excellent stay here: Tranquil, calm and beautiful surroundings. Our room was above and beyond all expectations. Food both dinner and breakfast authentic and a must have! Staff, friendly, polite and good natured went out their way to accommodate all our needs. 10 out of 10 all round.

La tranquillitá del paesaggio delle colline toscane, la cena a buffet, la gentilezza di chi ci ha accolti e la disponibilitá nell' accogliere le nostre richieste. Gli ultimi 5 km per raggiungere la residenza sono veramente disastrati.

Il panorama, la disponibilità dello staff, lo yogurt fatto in casa, i biscotti, il latte, il materasso comodissimo...tutto direi...anche la lampada in camera! Dimenticavo...ottima punto di osservazione sud sud-ovest del cielo, abbiam visto saturno!!! Andar via!!!! Qualche buca in agguato lungo le varie stradine. Guida cauta!!

Bella camera con mobili tipici toscani, pulita, silenziosa. Stupenda vista e giardino. Ottima colazione e cena con prodotti tipici tutto fatto in casa. accoglienza simpatica e professionale ci ha indirizzato nei luoghi più belli da vedere. Ci tornerei subito!! Niente

La cortesia e disponibilità del personale. La posizione della struttura è splendida e abbraccia una larga parte della zona collinare della maremma Toscana. Una splendida vista seppur da lontano anche dell'Isola del Giglio. Una struttura da consigliare per un viaggio rilassante in posizione ottima anche per le visite ai villaggi maremmani che sono veramente dei gioielli.

Qualité de l'accueil et des conseils touristiques. Tranquillité et beauté du site. Très bonne cuisine avec des produits de qualité. Ambiance de sérénité. Lieu un peu difficile à atteindre.

Fantastiskt gård mitt bland kullarna i Toscana. En bra bit att åka från huvudvägen, men väl värt besväret. Mycket personligt, missa inte middagen. Verkligt trevlig personal.
