This is really a great deal quality for price wise. The flat was lovely, brandly new, decorated with taste, with everything needed: fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning, an outdoor table and chairs, tv, parking space. The owner does only speak italien but is a lovely man and has been very helpful even with my non existant italien, really trying to undertstand what I was trying to say. I had a really nice time in this hôtel. The agriturismo is not very visible from the road. So many times was I nearly driving past it just to realise that I had to turn at that very moment! |

the villa was amazing beautiful and so peaceful. we arrived really really late and the owners left the key for us... they are on site but not around so you can relax... you def need a car if you stay there but it was absolutely worth it |

Très bon accueil de la part de Tonino..(à 23H30 ! quand même) Parfaitement situé, à 10 minutes de l'aeroport d'Alghero, en pleine campagne, de quoi se détendre réellement. Cuisine équipée, café à notre disposition, belle terrasse....... Parfait ! |

de kleinschaligheid van het complex en de rustige omgeving in de nabijheid van zoveel historie en dan in combinatie met een mooie kust en dito stranden maakten het verblijf (ook vanwege het mooie weer) tot een puur genot. suggestie:het zou handig zijn als de kamers zouden beschikken over een waterkoker , wijnglazen en normale theeglazen (geen soepkommen!)en een broodmes. |

Le confort en pleine nature. Le calme. La proximité et l'accès facile a la mer ou a la ville Petit détail : pour récupérer les clefs du logement se rendre a la ferme qui est à 50 metres des logements. |

en realité petit appartement plein pied (5 au total) dans la propriété d'un producteur de legumes sous serres, en pleine campagne à 15 minutes d'Alghero et 20 minutes de Sassari ; chambre bien equipée (meme une machine a expresso a dosettes dispo dans la cuisine!), joli interieur confortable,bien tranquille, petite terrasse ou l'on peut dejeuner sans trop de vis a vis; proprietaire tres sympathique,ne parlant pas français mais un peu anglais. excellent rapport qualité prix. tout petit point negatif :absence de point d'accueil a notre arrivée,et surtout pas d'indications sur l'endroit ou se presenter; on a du aller dans les serres pour y trouver le proprietaire. et peu de panneaux indicateurs pour trouver l'endroit; mais le reste était parfait. |

La situación de la casa para acceder a diferentes zonas de la isla es perfecta, a 15 km. de las grandes vias que atraviesan Cerdenya de norte a sur y de este a oeste. El hecho de estar alejada del pueblo (Olmedo), hace que la tranquilidad sea absoluta, pero que tengas que depender del coche para todo, incluso para comprar alguna cosa. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias, y la disposición por parte de Tonino, la persona responsable, es total. |

Son apartamentitos adosados con plaza de aparcamiento a la puerta y terraza detrás. Tonino y su mujer son muy amables. Está completamente equipado y hay una máquina para hacer café express o capuccino. Es difícil de encontrar. Está antes de llegar a Olmedo viniendo desde Sassari. |
