It has a great location for touring the Montepulciano area and great view of the surrounding countryside. The apartment was quite comfortable, with a nice size kitchen that provided us the means to eat dinners at the place. The bed was too hard for my taste. My girlfriend, however, was fine with it. |

Peaceful, very beautiful view, well working kitchen, only 4 km from historical center of Montepulciano. Several interesting historical towns in short driving distance. Very friendly staff. Also the wine tasting of their own wines was arranged for us. There was wifi in whole area and garden, but signal is was not strong inside of all the apartments. As they knew, that we needed internet, they proposed the apartment with better signal for us. |

Beautiful views, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Well equipped kitchen. Great location for touring around the Montepulciano region while staying in Tuscany countryside. Very close to the small town of Acquaviva where there is an excellent Pizzeria/Ristorante; we brought pizza home one night and ate on our terrace. Would have easily spent a week here. |

Nice and comfortable place, ideally located for exploration of Montepulciano and surrounding area! There are few good wine producers located nearby! |

we used it as a base to visit other towns in the area. relaxing to be out in the country instead of a town. Unexpected plus - drying racks for washing clothes. |

The vista and the ambience of the agriturismo was excellent. The villa was also very clean and adequate. The noise of people moving around upstairs was very annoying at 7am. Also the mattress has passed it's use by date as it was quite lumpy. |

Rakennus on hienolla paikalla ja sisustus tyyliin sopiva. Valaistus pimeällä hyvä. Uima-allas ja poreamme plussaa. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja palveluhaluista, vaikka yhteistä kieltä ei ollutkaan. Ikkunaverkot puuttuivat, joten pimeällä uteet hakeutuivat sisälle valoon. Ei voinut sisältä käsin nauttia kauniista kuutamosta. Kaasuliesi ei toiminut. Onneksi sentään oli mikro. Internet ei myöskään toiminut eikä henkilökunta osannut käyttää sitä. |

La struttura merita. bellissimo casolare e completo silenzio per un relax totale. Ogni appartamento ha la propria entrata autonoma e sono deliziosi Un pò di insetti nell'appartamento, ma siamo in aperta campagna... basta buttarli fuori! Magari lasciare anche degli asciugamani di cambio, oltre che le coperte... |

Urlaub mit hohem Erholungswert inmitten von Winbergen und Olivenbäumen. Sehr schöne großzügige Appartements mit Frühstück. Grosser sehr gepflegter Poll. Anwesen in traumhafter Lage inmitten der Toskana. Die Handtücher und Geschirrtücher sollten häufiger getauscht werden. |

Die Lage ist beispiellos schön. Das Gelände ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Gegend ist fast zu schön. Es ist sehr gut gelegen, leider ein bisschen nahe an einer Regionalstrasse. Die Räumlichkeiten sind etwas klein und schattig. |

Het toeval wilde dat wij een dubbele kamer kregen, lekker ruim. De uitbater was strikt zakelijk, vroeg achteraf ook geen enkele commentaar in de zin van, alles ok ? Geen airco, bijennest onder het dak en automatisch dus ook in onze vertrekken. Automatisch ook een probleem aan het zwembad. Muffe geur in de slaapkamers van de insectenverdelgers. Overdag genoodzaakt om alle ramen dicht te houden. Onfris geurtje naast het toilet. |

Beau cadre propriété très bien entretenue, accueil très bon accueil Wifi à disposition gratuitement, à proximité de Montepulciano.Endroit idéal pour une étape ou un séjour avec des enfants. Petit-déjeuné à l’Italienne l’acoustique entre les étages. |

niet te groot.landelijk gelegen.zwembad goed.ontbijt ok.rustige omgeving,centraal gelegen om sienne , firenze,..te bezoeken. geen goede isolatie tussen de kamers.als je luidruchtige buren hebt, kan dit heel vervelend zijn. |

Erg vriendelijke eigenaresse. Mooi toscaans appartement. Keurig aangelegd en onderhouden. De appartementen zijn erg gehorig. Het ontbijt is erg simpel. Jammergenoeg geen verse broodjes. |

Hyvä sijainti. Lähellä Montepulcianon keskustaa mutta toisaalta tarjoaa omaa rauhaa viehättävin ja vehrein Toscanalaismaisemin. Tilava ja siisti huoneisto, perheille ihanteellinen. Uima-allas ja siihen liittyvä ulkoalue upeat. |

Aardig familiehotel met een goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. De kamers zijn schoon en hebben een mooi uitzicht. Lekker en schoon zwembad. Ligging is perfect als je van plan bent om montelpulciano en montalcino te gaan bezoeken. Je hebt wel een auto nodig. |
