As a solo, 77 year old female that depends on transport other than private cars, this B&B was top-notch. I tell you this so you understand my rating.
Giada, the hostess, is wonderful. She was welcoming and made you feel at home. The jewel in the crown. She even carried my bags up and down the stairs for me.
The building is centrally located, beautifully appointed, clean, and comfortable. I booked a twin room with a balcony, which size wise was good.The shower had really good water pressure and hot. For any other age group Varapodio is excellent.

The quality of the structure, the helpful staff, the easy parking and the super comfortable beds. we were on our way to Sicily, this was a great place to stay. The wonderful chef spoke perfect English. in addition to preparing a great breakfast he gave us helpful advice on how to get to the ferry and how to buy the tickets.
