Agriturismo Villa Mocenigo

I went there in order to visit Venice, but it's also a nice place to spend the whole day, listening to the birds and relaxing. Rooms are tidy and very clean, with beautiful furniture. To go to Venice, just one bus that takes 45min! I recommend it.

Rooms beautifully decorated, but large furnishings make them quite small to move around in. Owner very friendly and helpful. Lovely rural atmosphere. Traditional Italian breakfast included.

Cannot walk to any stores/shops. Bus station is nearby but can't buy tickets at the station; have to figure out in advance how to get them. We ended up driving to Venice. Would have been great location if we could have ridden the bus.

The hotel is an old working farm/orangery with farm animals set in the outskirts of Mirano along a very narrow road. Our room was in what we believe to be the renovated/converted stable block. It was very basically furnished and we would not describe it as elegant as stated on the bookingcom website. Saying that it was clean, the bed was very comfortable, there was a nice sitting out area outside and the owner who spoke no English was very friendly and funny once the initial language barrier was overcome. If there is a problem her daughter who has good English can translate over the phone. The evening meal in the farm's restaurant was "rustic" with many items bing produced on the farm and it was very good value for money, particularly the wine!. The breakfast was basic but you could have extra things if you asked for them so make sure to ask.

The location was a lot further out from Venice than we expected - about 45 mins drive -. Anyone without their own transport would find it a real problem. However if you want a rural retreat without mod cons (there was no television or wifi) the hotel should suit you fine.

We traveled with our 9 year old grandson and he liked seeing the animals (dogs, cats, horses, cows). We liked the fact that the food was unique to that area and that farm. It was a peaceful and restful area to relax. The near-by town was charming and it was very easy access by car to Venice. The bus station is just down the road, so that was also very handy.

We stayed in the stables with no air conditioning and it was a bit warm in early June.

The room was sufficient, clean, and we saved a lot of money staying there. It is on a bus route that goes to Venice.

Our room was small and not very comfortable. If you are trying to save money, you might be okay with it. Let's just say, when we had time to relax after sightseeing in Venice and before dinner, I absolutely did not want to sit in our room unless it was to nap. The bus to and from Venice is at least 45 minutes and after a full day in Venice and 50 minutes on the bus to get back to our hotel, I wanted a nicer room to relax in. The owner was not friendly, did not crack a smile once, and did not speak any English. She did, however, call her daughter who speaks English to answer our questions. The breakfast included is not worthwhile. Day old bread with butter and jam, maybe some cheese. Dinner was horrible

Posto molto bello e comodo: fermata bus a pochi passi. Cibo ottimo, tutto prodotto localmente.

Siamo stati troppo poco per poter dare un preciso giudizio. Ci sono state assegnate stanze fuori dalla struttura principale (quelle che si suppone fossero un tempo le stalle): ristrutturate,spaziose, pulite, bagno nuovo. Colazione continentale nella norma, pane burro e marmellata, caffè o tè. Per soggiornare una notte va bene.

Mancanza di appoggi e phon in camera. Ospitalità tiepidina.

cordiale e ottima accoglienza in ambiente al contempo agreste e adeguatamente signorile.

Eravamo di passaggio per una notte e avevamo con noi anche I cani che hanno per ns scelta dormito in auto

Avremmo preferito trovare alll'interno la possibilita' di cenare senza piu' muovere l'auto , una volta arrivati dato il lungo viaggio che l'indomani ci aspettava.

La prima colazione troppo "continentale": pane, burro e marmellata.

L'arredamento della camera. L'ambientazione rilassante e campestre, che a me piace (quindi l'odore delle bestie per me non è stato un problema). Cena semplice, ma con cose fatte in casa ed economica.

Forse un po' di carenza organizzativa"in generale", cioè la mancanza di un referente per tutto. Ma comunque non essendoci stati problemi, non è grossa carenza.

La seule suggestion à donner c'est à installer des moustiquaires sur les fenêtres des chambres.

La amabilidad de María, la hija de los dueños, aunque estuvo poco tiempo. Nos gustó ver la granja, pero eso conllevava que no oliera demasiado bien el lugar.

La comida. En su publicidad anuncian de forma destacada que allí se podrían degustar productos de la granja pero ni la cena fue gran cosa (y pagamos 15 € por persona sin postre y menú fijo, sin poder elegir), y el desayuno fue muy básico, ni tartas caseras ni nada, un poquito de bizcocho muy normalito, nada de fruta, ni pan caliente... Por el precio, en otros hoteles tienes más servicios como tv en las habitaciones o wifi.

Camere semplici, atmosfera di campagna, silenzio. Colazione con dolci e marmellate fatte in casa. Direi che è un bel posto.

E' un agriturismo a conduzione familiare ben gestito... Cibo di qualita' e tutto di produzione propria... Anche il latte per la colazione e la fantastica marmellata...

Le camere sono sprovviste di tv

Nessun problema per il soggiorno con due cani.

Non c'era la tv in camera, le pareti sottili facevano sentire tutto ciò che succedeva nella stanza accanto, compresi i bambini urlanti. In bagno non era possibile il ricircolo d'aria.
