Agriturismo Villani Poderi Nesti & Cupoli

In a stunning, peaceful location yet only 15 to 20 mins. To Florence by car. There was also the option of taking the car to Scandicci and then getting the tram into Florence. The trams run every 4 mins. The bedroom in the Agriturismo was spacious and we also had a little sitting area with a day bed, table and chair. The views from the windows were fantastic. The garden was beautiful and although the pool was not yet opened, it was a good size. The owners were very friendly and both had good English which was helpful. Breakfasts were good - a variety of sweet and savoury to choose from. There is a restaurant within walking distance (about 5-10 mins), but there are also a lot of choices in Lastra a Signa itself. We visit Italy to see family in Florence every 2 months and have stayed in different accommodations over the years. This is a place we will certainly return to.

I would have liked there to have been a fridge in the room. Also no tv which for some people may be a problem, although it wasn't really an issue for ourselves.

Everything was perfect. Best breakfast ever, beautiful countryside.The apartment was perfectly clean and huge. Thank you for everything. Florence is easy accessible by train or tramvai. Te agiturismo is beautiful and very calm. Comfortable bed. Have dinner in the restaurant near to the Agriturismu Villani Poderi Nesti (5 minute on foot), it is better than in Florence. We have tried both.

Very nice location and beautiful countryside villa with a big swimmin pool, very welcoming owners, on top of the fill, a lot of space, in the outskirts of Florence. Good value for money. Excellent breakfast! And brilliant cosy restaurant at a walking distance to go out for dinner of perfect quality! Possibility to visit the agri-production (of wine and olive oil), vineyard and olive oil gardens, guided by the owner Enrico Villani (very much appreciated). Strongly recommended!

The owners, Laura & Enrico were very accommodating & friendly. Laura prepared a first class breakfast, preparing fresh food every day. There was always an abundance of food, sweet & savoury. The strawberries & apricots were lovely. The salumi excellent! The room was very clean & spacious. the views over gardens were beautiful. Access to Florence very easy, 20 mins drive to new tramvia (tram service) from Scandicci to heart of Florence.(Tram takes approx 15-20 mins , tram every 4 minutes) lovely restaurant within walking distance of B&B. What more could you wish for?

Only thing to be wary of is that streets up to B&B very narrow.

Peaceful location in Tuscany we used as a base for exploring the area. The rooms in the main house where we stayed were huge and very clean with excellent bathrooms. The breakfast was very nice and the owner was happy to give us advice on the best things to see and do and how to get there. There is a nice restaurant 5-10 min walk away which serves excellent tuscany food and wine and a number of good places to eat in the village Lastra a Signa There is a tram only 10 min drive away (Villa Costanza) where you can park your car and get into Florance quite easily. (The property hosts a number of cats and dogs which were extremely well behaved and were wonderful to have around)

Прекрасное место. Гостеприимные хозяева (оба говорят по английски) и их дружелюбные и воспитанные животные (три собаки и пять кошек). Уютный дом, большие комнаты с красивым видом из окон на холмы и Флоренцию. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные из местных продуктов. Есть парковка. Возможно купить вино, масло, оливки, граппу, джемы. До Флоренции очень удобно добираться на трамвае, который ходит каждые 5 мин от ближайшей станции (20 мин езды от виллы, бесплатная стоянка). Есть возможность поужинать в уютном ресторане рядом - типичная тосканская кухня. Очень вкусно.

L'établissement offre une vue panoramique sur les paysages toscans. Laura, la patronne, est aux petits soins. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. Un petit déjeuner hyper copieux sous forme de buffet. Les confitures maison sont délicieuses. La Gare est à 2 kms. On peut garer la voiture là-bas, c'est gratuit. Un train direct relie Lastra a Signa à Florence en 15 min environ. Il faut compter 5€/personne pour l'A/R. Etablissement coup de coeur lors de notre voyage en Toscane.

Me ha gustado todo, los propietarios (Enrico y Laura muy simpaticos y serviables para ayudar en cualquier cosa que se necesite), el desayuno excelente (tartas caseras, mermelada casera, salado, fruta fresca, yogurt, cruasanes y trenzas de hojaldre con mermelada. todo está muy bien mantenido

Tranquilidad y entorno.

Si bello la signora fa delle colazioni urlo....il paese è a 25 minuti dal centro di Firenze non a 10 minuti come scrivevano gli altri....

La piscina poco pulita....spesso assenza del personale....preciso però che I proprietari non c'erano ed erano in vacanza al posto loro c erano altre persone quindi magari sono stato sfortunato io.

Il relax che si può ricevere in questa struttura è all'altezza di quanto indicato. Colazione abbondante, pulizia della camera e staff cordiale, assieme allo spazio piscina e prendisole, completano l'offerta in modo egregio.

Facilmente raggiungibile, si trova a pochi minuti dalle uscite Lastra a Signa e Scandicci; ottima location sulla sommità di una collina, fresco anche in questi giorni torridi.

La tranquilidady el trato

Very delicious home-made breakfast, nature, cat and dogs, garden, landscape, very kind staff. We were just lucky to be in the town during the traditional festival of traditional food and handcraft. Very pleasant experience! My boyfriend wanted to taste all the prosciutto and cheese there:)

Quite a lot of airplane traffic.

everything: location, very friendly staff (received a lot of guidance for the area), facilities, ...

there was nothing to dislike
