The hotel manager was very friendly. He took us in his golf car to the restaurant in the evening and also to our car in the morning. The interior of the hotel is very stylish and modern. |

The staff and the offered service is perfect. Beside that I highly recommend the restaurant which has got perfect wines and nice food. The rooms are furnished with a high standard and are individual. The air condition in my room was directly in the opposite of the bed which made it a bit uncomfortable. I expected a bigger breakfast offer. It was small and every time the same. Space for improving ;-) |

citlivě a velice zajímavě řešený hotel respektující historii objektu, nevtíravé jednání na recepci, která velice rychle připúraví vaše auto, které je zaparkováno cca100m od hotelu v podzemních garážích snídaňový servis, pomalý a na hotel této kategorie by mohla být pestřejší nabídka, rozladilo mne, když při odchodu požadovali zaplacení malé lahve vína, která byla se skleničkami připravena na stole, považovali jsme to za drobnou pozornost na uvítanou, při ceně 510EUR za dvě noci 12 EUR za lahev působilo komicky |

Il silenzio Una suite che di suite aveva solo il nome con vista sul tetto del palazzo di fronte, colazione da albergo di categoria inferiore, la colazione del b&b sarebbe stata molto piu ricca e buona .nn capisco come si possa dare un 5stelle l ad un albergo cosi..parlo per esperienza visto che nella maggior parte dei casi alloggio in alberghi di lusso |

Das Design ist interessant, im Zentrum der Stadt, umgeben von vielen Speise- und Einkaufsmölichkeiten. Nähe Verona, ca. 30min. Fahrt. Es gibt in der Gegend kein anderes 5 Sterne Haus. Im Hotel selber ist so gut wie nichts im Preis inbegriffen. Für jeden Service mus man zahlen ( z.B. Parken 25.- Euro am Tag, Sauna 15.- Euro bei benutzung, Intenet, ...).Frühstück ist eher spartanisch, nicht einem 5 Sterne Haus angemesen. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. |

Ho molto apprezzato la disponibilità del personale, e soppratutto anche il Design di questa strottura, è da visitare . un piccolo dettaglio, ma comunque il personale hanno agito in modo professionale ; per l'organizzazione della vettura, e soppratutto se non si è della zona, vengono a prenderti in un punto di riferimento logistico e facile. Complimenti per questo che non ho trovato da nessuna parte. |
