Great location, very nice decor....but it's all for show only... All the gear and definately no idea! No Internet, no satalite tv, breakfast not available, a particular manager was very abrupt and rude, did nothing to resolve problems, we were told to leave hotel and only return to sleep for the night, as facilities were not available. Treated very poorly for what they say was 5*.hotel. The whole experience was ruined, they told us, our payment was going to be taken regardless of all grievances |

The room was lovely-cool when the weather outside was very hot, clean, attactive and comfortable. The groovy touch pad lights are a pain--not worth the bother. Also, the desk clerk that checked us in took our passports but then "was finished" for her shift and didn't complete the reservation so our passports were left within reach of any passerby at the front desk for an unacceptable period of time. |

Lovely suite with a terrace and lake view right in the middle of the town. The staff were very helpful and gave first class service throughout. We had a wonderful 11 days there and would stay again. |

Das Design ist interessant, im Zentrum der Stadt, umgeben von vielen Speise- und Einkaufsmölichkeiten. Nähe Verona, ca. 30min. Fahrt. Es gibt in der Gegend kein anderes 5 Sterne Haus. Im Hotel selber ist so gut wie nichts im Preis inbegriffen. Für jeden Service mus man zahlen ( z.B. Parken 25.- Euro am Tag, Sauna 15.- Euro bei benutzung, Intenet, ...).Frühstück ist eher spartanisch, nicht einem 5 Sterne Haus angemesen. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. |

Ho molto apprezzato la disponibilità del personale, e soppratutto anche il Design di questa strottura, è da visitare . un piccolo dettaglio, ma comunque il personale hanno agito in modo professionale ; per l'organizzazione della vettura, e soppratutto se non si è della zona, vengono a prenderti in un punto di riferimento logistico e facile. Complimenti per questo che non ho trovato da nessuna parte. |

Lo staff e le camere arredate con grande stile e raffinatezza nel rispetto dei vincoli del palazzo storico che lo ospita Un po' scomodo per il parcheggio, ma lo staff molto disponibile riesce a far passare il problema in secondo piano |
