Location was alright
The room was extremely small for two people. We could not even fit our suitcases in the room. Just not worth how much they charge! The blanket was full of dust which triggered my allergy. This is the last thing u need on ur vacation.
a nice and cosy room with good design, supportive staff
breakfasts were pretty much the same

Location Staff were so kind and helpful
Location was great, bed was comfy, reception were helpful and friendly, all was good.
Breakfast could have been a little better, it took us a while to get coffee and there wasn't much fruit.
We were a group of girls traveling from Toronto, Canada. We decided to stay in Castello. Castello is one of the small municipalities (areas) in Venice. We didn't realize how close it was to San Marco and all of the restaurants, shops, and sights. The hotel was in calmer area but yet only a matter of minutes from the busier areas. It was the best of both worlds. The hotel was very clean and decorated very well! I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel once again. This was our first time in Venice and Italy as a whole. We felt as though this was a great hotel to help with the transition. The staff was also amazing and very helpful.
Lovely large room (207)
Variety and range at breakfast was disappointing
What a lovely hotel and fantastic staff from checking I. To checking out! We were a family of 5, with 2 teenage boys, the room was split into 2 separate areas, so plenty big enough for all of us. We had a room with the balcony which was nice to look out over the small canal and see what was happening. Great location fee minutes walk from St Mark's Square and from the ferry pier. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Only problem we had was the shower head fell off so we were able to get a shower when we were leaving, buts no big deal and everything else was perfect.
We liked the location quite a bit. It was on a more quiet canal just off the grand canal and near St.Mark's Square.
The beds were not very comfortable. The king bed was quite hard and uncomfortable and the sofa bed for my kids was awful.
It's very difficult to locate and 5 calls while we were frantically looking for the place were unanswered. The manager and the night shift front desk person need a lesson or two in guest relations. They were arrogant and rude. The decor was rather tacky The canal view is a joke. To look at the canal you have to stand on a stool and peep out of a high window.

Excellent room - spacious, clean, and very nice. As a triple room, it had plenty of space and a "little" privacy for our granddaughter. Very good recommendations from the front desk
Value for money, location, clean, big room
Lovely hotel...very comfortable and perfect location. Would definitely stay here again.
- I booked a superior double room. The advertised space of the room is 19m. The room that was given to me was so small (less than 12m). I told them that the room I booked is supposed to be bigger. The answer was that all the rooms are "booked", and I told them that I also have a "booking" here. I was promised that a bigger room will be given to me next day. Next day, I reminded the "manager" (a lady) about the problem, but she just ignored my complaint and the proof from booking.com that I booked a 19m room. She said that if I want to change to another room I had to pay 50 euros more. I said that I will send my complaint to booking.com but she just ignored me. - the breakfast provided is very poor
Beautiful location right behind St Marks stunning hotel friendly staff especially Michael and Christina. Would recommend it perfect break would return
Would have like to been given information about recommendations for good places to eat and been told there was a free visit to murano with hotel but as we were only there three days we were out most if the time! Also would like to have had a bath though the shower was brilliant just little things but still lovely hotel
We received an upgrade to a spacious, quiet, recently redecorated room. Wonderful bed and luxurious bath with whirlpool. Great breakfast. Great location near St. Marks but on a charming quiet canal with almost a neighborhood feel.
Poor wifi reception and a bad system where you paid by the day and it was only for one device which was difficult to log in and out of. This needs to be changed to free wifi with good reception for all devices.
Great location a few minutes from St Marks Square. Comfy bed and friendly staff with a nice choice for breakfast
Location was good, however, the nearby restaurant resulted in a lot of noise late at night. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were modernized. Staff was helpful and welcoming.
Furniture was outdated. Pillows were not the most comfortable.
The sexy shower!
That the shower was in the bedroom!
Amazing staff. The room was very spacious.
breakfast was cold and had small choices.
Location. Room decorum.breakfast.
Excellent location, Very friendly & informative receptionist Michele, beautifully decorated cozy room, hydro-massage shower, wonderful breakfast
A bit expensive for the room size but there is not a better alternative in this location given its closeness to St.Marco square
