Son derece ilgili ve kişiye özel hizmet veren otel görevlileri. Kendimizi hakikaten turistik bir otelde değil, her zaman gittiğimiz butik bir otelde hissettik. Otelin oda designları çok güzel. Lobisi belki biraz daha şık olabilirdi ama odaları ve banyoları görünce bu eksikliği hiç hissetmiyorsunuz. San Marco'ya çok yakın olmakla beraber, turist tuzaklarından uzak bir atmosfer içinde kaldık.

Bu fiyata, belki bir sonraki sefer iç avluya bakan değil, sokağa bakan odalarda kalmayı tercih ederiz.

Staff were very friendly

Nice location, quiet street and at the same time close to St. Marco sq. and St Zacaria vapporetto station, very convenient to get to all places. We had a superior room: in addition to a big spacious room we had a small room with sofa and flat screen television, a bathroom is very nice in marble and with jacuzzi - all you need to relax and a pleasant stay. If you like to eat a lot in the morning, than breakfast is poor, and almost same thing all 3 days we stay there. Honestly, we expected more for the price we pay and 4 star rating of hotel. Overall, it is a good hotel.

Breakfast is boring , all 3 days same things, not many thing to choose from.

Quality of room finish was fantastic. The location was perfect, 5 mins from St Marks so easy to walk but just away from the noise and bustle, especially quiet with a room over the inner courtyard. The staff hit just the right balance of helpful friendliness.

The shower with multilple jets looked appealing but was too powerful for the seal on the shower door, but that was absolutely the only thing I could fault!

This hotel was amazing. I don't understand the negative comments left by others since, it was an incredible hotel, perfect for Venice sightseeing, but perfect for anywhere! Everything from the independant feel to the galmorous and high quality furnishings gave such a feeling of quality and class I was stunned from arrival. Any problems with the breakfast being 'too small' etc, was purely because this was a small hotel, the breakfast was absolutely fine and when you're on the doorstep of st Marks Square why do you want to sit for two hours at breakfast?! I reccomend this hotel completely. We stayed in a series of nice hotels in Italy, this was the finest in quality and experience, and made the arrival in Venice a heavenly relief.

We liked the physical site, the ambiance, the design and decoration, and particularly the people who own and work there. There is absolutely nothing negative one can say about this hotel experience. I will be back.

The service from the front desk was outstanding!

Very stylish hotel, good food (breakfast only) and perfectly positioned on a canal side, easy walk from boat stop and St Marks but far enough way from the tourist hub to be relaxing. Choice of several good restaurants within walking distance. Welcoming and helpful staff.

the breakfast, need to add more things

A clean, beautifully decorated and furnished, hotel. The staff are exceptionally helpful and always willing to offer advice to make your stay in Venice even more enjoyable.

The Ai Due Principi hotel's location is excellent. A few minutes walk from Piazza San Marco (but away from the hassle of the crowded streets) and close to San Zaccaria where the airport boats pull up. All staff (including owner) were very friendly and helpful. The room is tastefully decorated and has a magnificent shower room. It's a lovely boutique hotel.

Very nicely refurbished hotel

Very limited continental buffet, no toast, teaspoon only for cereal. Street/canal noise at night. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Especially the desk boy. Find another hotel
