Nothing at all
I wasnt sure about this hotel based on the pictures but once we got there I was blown away. The rooms were a great size, beds were extremely comfortable, heated floors in the bathroom were a welcome surprise. Breakfast was the best we had while in Italy and the staff was very friendly. I cant wait to go back to Venice just to stay here.
It was a little hard to find, but once we got there we didnt want to leave!
Must make use of the in-house restaurant. Booking essential.
Our suite, staff, view, location the bonus was that it was a great value
quiet. Atmospheric. Nice decor
a little too formal and inflexible
The room was very comfortable. Ambience of Hotel - and the fact the Hotel had its own pier.
I like best the the service all the waiters who served us 8 persons table the christmas day dinner in the hotel. Excellent service. The food was good and the price good. I will visit again Stayed in room #110.
I loved the hotel clean good food quiet, in great location, comfortable beds, room was beautiful
Having to pay for the spa, it should of been included in price of hotel not extra money it was a poor spa to
Easy access by water taxi to reception Friendly efficient staff Free coffee and tea for visiting friends was unexpected bonus Excellent restaurant food and breakfast buffet Wonderful central location Great value for money
the hotel Ai Reali's family apartment is well located and of a very high standard. Great value for money in Venice. Would highly recommend to any family. The only slight problem is the 3 flights of stairs with luggage.
Close to the Rialto Bridge Lovely old building Stunning canals going past Great breakfast Wonderful location for jumping on the vaparetto and viewing all the attractions
The hotel and staff were outstanding. Great location, lovely rooms, awesome shower, great piano bar, lovely breakfast. Outstanding from top to bottom.
Absolutely evrything. Hotel was 5 star and restaurant was a hidden gem. One in a million.
The interior design of this hotel and the room decoration something special.
There should be better path or porter service to hotel to avoid hassle pulling your luggage. In line with Venice attempt to restrict the use of roller bags hotel to find good solution to this problem for betterment of tourism industry.
Hotel itself was faultless, room was comfortable (we had room 314 on floor 3 - highly recommended). Service was faultless, breakfast (included) was outstanding and Alle Corrone Restaurant was very good.
Only improvement I could think of is better lighting in the bathroom - it is a bit dark at the bathroom mirror.
staff very friendly, professional and helpful. Facilities lovely, clean and spacious. Room on 3rd floor was large and very spacious.
Lack of makeup mirror in bathroom pillows too thin, not enough filling, no support even a second one didn't help. Day Spa very average. My husband sustained a burn on his abdomen from the hot stone massage he received.
Just about everything.
The charge of 3 Euros per 33cl. bottle of mineral water !n the room = 9 euros a litre!
We chose the hotel because of the location and were not disappointed, the Realto bridge 2 minutes walk and St Mark's 5 or 10. The rooms are very luxurious - ours had a very grand chandelier. The staff at breakfast were friendly. The choice of food was basic but good. Being given a choice of coffee was a nice treat. The bar area is lovely, we enjoyed a drink at the end of each evening. The bar staff mixed great cocktails!
The wonderful location, the beautiful building, and beautiful room, but above all, the charming, helpful, and very efficient staff. Pretty bar for an aperitif before going out to dinner, and light filled breakfast room to cheer one up first thing in the morning !!
The two (not very comfortable !) single beds shoved together to make a double. Little things, like plastic cups instead of glasses in the bathroom, and no complimentary water in the room. Pedantic I know - but it was an expensive hotel !!!
We loved everything about this hotel - the room was very comfortable, location was perfect and most importantly the service provided by the staff was impeccable. We stayed at the hotel for five nights at the beginning of December.
Didn't like that residents had to pay to use the relaxation facilities in the spa
The staff were helpful and very welcoming(not all of them). The room was big and clean and very unique with few authentic pieces of furniture. I absolutely loved the location!
it was very noisy and disturbing at night with all the parties they are hosting. The breakfast was lower than average(unless you love cereals and cheese).
Great location just near the Rialto Bridge. Our room was beautifully appointed and there were lovely spaces around us, it made our stay in Venice really enjoyable.
The hotel was fantastic, friendly staff and in an excellent location. The restaurant was very good too with excellent food
Access to the jacuzzi isn't free
Fantastic location, the staff were very polite and helpful, they let us keep our bags there until the check in time which meant we didn't have to walk around Venice with the suitcases. Our room was made and cleaned everyday and i requested rose petals as it was our honeymoon and they obliged and made it look lovely, we even got a free glass of champagne each too. I would recommend the hotel to anyone.
The cost of the petals was €70 which i thought was a bit dear but it was worth it.
