The hotel was fantastic, friendly staff and in an excellent location. The restaurant was very good too with excellent food
Access to the jacuzzi isn't free
Fantastic location, the staff were very polite and helpful, they let us keep our bags there until the check in time which meant we didn't have to walk around Venice with the suitcases. Our room was made and cleaned everyday and i requested rose petals as it was our honeymoon and they obliged and made it look lovely, we even got a free glass of champagne each too. I would recommend the hotel to anyone.
The cost of the petals was €70 which i thought was a bit dear but it was worth it.
Very near to Ponte Rialto, making for easy interchange. The private taxi entrance is very romantic. Staff were lovely, and the hotel feels very luxurious.
Nothing, all great.
Impressive hotel with lovely rooms at a tolerable price (forVenice, and especially if you book early!). Restaurant food and service also excellent, but restaurant itself lacks atmosphere.
Location and room.
Staff extremely helpful, breakfast buffet was good, room was comfortable
Location Great room Very helpful staff
We stayed in the apartment for 6. Location is excellent compare to it hotel which is 5 minutes away on walking distance. You have everything you need in the apartment. Only hotel that it's wasing machine and dryer work perfectly as this is the 3 rd hotel we stayed in Europe on this vacation.
The front desks are arrogant and not really helpful. Location from the hotel to the apartment is a distance so make sure you have luggages with heavy duty wheel to pull all the way there. Furthermore, the apartment is on the 3rd floor.
We liked the location and quietness. Also the breakfast was excellent.
The Venetian decor was a bit overwhelming and oppressive. The room was small with nowhere to hang our wet raincoats, except in the wardrobe, which was difficult to access.
We opted for a deluxe room (103) with canal views. Just lovely with the most beautiful merano chandelier. Lots of nice touches. Good breakfast with excellent and very attentive staff. A real gem. Not very inspiring from the outside, but don't judge this book by it's cover. It has enormous charm.
Only one small thing. I asked to extend our room stay by an hour whilst we picked up some purchases. Was told at desk it would be 50 euros. Wasn't bothered by that particularly but desk clerk then said it isn't for the hotel, but to compensate next customer for late occupation!!! Really. If you arrive and your room isn't ready - don't forget to ask for your 50 euros ;)
It was brand new, great restaurant and pleasant staff
Beautiful room, stunning decor
The hotel is positioned near the Rialto Bridge and makes for a perfect location in the heart of Venice. We went for 3 nights and wished we could stay longer in Ai Reali. The hotels atmosphere felt very luxurious but without breaking the bank account. The staff were always friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and the hotel offers a great wellness facility. We will definitely go back there and we recommend others to book at Ai Reali when visiting Venice.
The only one thing is we could not regulate the heating/air con system in the room. It had a mind of its own.
Pretty much everything.
The music in the bar. Should have been Italian. I don't like American elevator music. I'm not the only one.
Lounging areas, bar, breakfast
Would have liked coffee and tea making facilities
We love the warm welcome by the reception and the porter. The junior suite is luxuriously decorated with spotlessly clean bedroom and bathroom. Tried out the wellness spa and felt rejuvenated after 2 weeks in europe. We wouldn't ask for more!
Food (Alle Corone Restaurant) Comfort Location Staff
Slow wifi connection (not a big problem, actually)
the styling, the spa & Wellness facilities, the location
the size of the room
Location was ok.
Housekeeping was poor for the 4 days stay the only change 1 time plus staff were very dry.
Everything was amazing, the Gondola entrance was perfect, room was gorgeous. We wish we could have stayed longer.. Definitely will go back :)
Location excellent, very helpful and friendly staff all extremely professional.
A good central position Breakfast was included Water taxi can pull-up at the front door, this is certainly a plus. Wonderful bathroom Helpful staff.
The room was a little small, but you are in Venice. Would not let this worry you in your decision to stay there
