Good location. A nice, pleasant, quality hotel. Parking prices are quite high: 15 euros for the "night" (ending at 9am!) and 10 extra euros for the "day". The parking is mysteriously located (hotel staff pick and get the car for you) and may just be a public, open- air parking that's a couple streets away from the hotel. |

The location was very good and the staff at hotel was very pleasant. The rooms were new, clean, and efficient. When arriving at the hotel, the bookings of rooms were not accurate, however, the reception staff was able to find a solution quickly. Breakfast was not so great. |

Hôtel très bien placé à Palerme, les chambres sont très propres et bien insonorisées, le buffet du petit déjeuner est sans surprise mais bien. J'avais réservé la chambre au mois de février pour la mi-mai en demandant une chambre non fumeur. A notre arrivée, nous avons eu une chambre fumeur qui franchement empestait la cigarette. Nous avons tout de suite signalé le problème et on nous a donné une autre chambre surclassée en deluxe ce qui était très bien et très commercial. |

Ottima collocazione. Servizi di buon livello (colazione, giornali, bollitore caffè/the). Bell'ambiente e buon soggiorno. Il set da bagno (sapone, bagno schiuma, cuffie) deve essere reintegrato ogni giorno, non solo all'arrivo (dato che la stanza si paga quotidianamente, e non una volta per tutte)! |

La posizione è buona, il prezzo appena accettabile. Hotel pulito, ma poco di piu'. La colazione è veramente modesta, indegna di un 4 stelle. Il personale (reception) sembra talora un po' annoiato. |

Posizione centrale, camere silenziose, posti sempre disponibili nel parcheggio pubblico (a pagamento) subito fuori all'albergo. Durante il fine settimana la colazione era servita solo in camera (senza sovrapprezzo) |

Wenn man ein Hotel als Gast betritt würde man eine freundliche Begrüßung erwarten-hier war das nicht so und der Porter -direkt neben uns ignoriierte dass Gepäck beim einchecken - stand aber in der Pracht seiner Uniform glänzend da ohne einen Handgriff auch nur anzudenken-fand ich wie die Rezeption recht unangemessen--der Hinweis auf ein Restaurant nebenan spare man sich es gibt dort nettere. |
