Location, quiet place just minutes away from main attractions of Palermo including good restaurants. Our room had street views and balcony. Rooms are a bit small but quite ok.

Perfect location a few blocks from Teatro Massimo! Great service all around and very clean rooms. The rooms are larger than most European hotel rooms, though the bathrooms do tend to be small. Breakfast consisted of both continental and cooked (eggs, sausage, bacon). I would most definitely return to this hotel! The beds are a bit firm, but seem to be the standard across Europe. Driving to anything in Palermo is challenging with all the one way streets, traffic and shortage of parking. Use a city lot for 8 euro per day.

Same likes as for the previous stay - great staff, breakfast, room, location. A small discomfort for room 407 - air conditioning was quite weak and it wasn't turned on in advance so the temperature got closer to normal only in the morning.

The staff was great, they were extremely helpful with anything we asked for - including holding our luggage during our 2 day trip to Syracuse (our last night in Palermo was also booked with Ai Cavalieri). Everything worked in the room, with a plus for the air conditioning. Breakfast - just right, abundant in fresh fruit and cakes, great coffee. Location - very safe and civilised, aside from the busy center, but still within walking distance to any attraction and to the shopping area.

Camera arredata con gusto e di dimensioni adeguate. Bagno bello e funzionale. Personale gentile e competente. Sorprendenti gli "spazi comuni": sale, salotti e salottini sono arredati con cura e veramente accoglienti. Posizione dell'hotel strategica per muoversi a piedi nel centro storico di Palermo.

חדר אפלולי, תאורה גרועה, קומה נמוכה, פונה לפטיו פנימי שלא מאפשר כניסת אור ואוויר מבחוץ. מיזוג האוויר עבד על חימום בלבד. הוראות הגעה גרועות מצוות הקבלה. מחסור בקפה בחדר אוכל, תרמוס אחד לכל הסועדים לא מספיק,הצוות לא האמין שהוא ריק. הביאו אחר רק לאחר פניות הסועדים. מערכת אינטרנט פעלה חלקית בחדר, שבתה מפעילות ביום השני.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel 2 volte. La posizione è ultracentrale, il bus-navetta dall'aeroporto ferma a 5 minuti dall'hotel. L'hotel è davvero molto bello, camere e bagni molto puliti e la colazione ottima.

La posizione, la ristrutturazione e l'arredamento. All'arrivo ci è stata assegnata una camera che aveva il bagno molto sporco, specialmente il W.C. (benché fosse stata apposta la fascia che garantisce "l'igiene"), così ho chiamato la reception e ci è stata assegnata un'altra camera. Qui il bagno era apparentemente più pulito, ma c'erano ovunque capelli e resti vari degli ospiti precedenti. Un pelo che era sullo sgabello del bagno, e che noi non abbiamo tolto per verificare come venissero fatte le pulizie, è rimasto lì per tutto il nostro soggiorno (4 notti)!!! Inoltre, nessuno ci ha avvisato, al nostro arrivo, che era necessario accendere il termostato in camera ogni volta che si entrava, così la prima notte abbiamo sentito molto freddo (essendo la temperatura insolitamente bassa per Palermo).
