The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful. The women were very smiley and friendly. The gentleman at the desk went out of his way in so many ways to help us and was very friendly. We stayed with our two toddlers and had no troubles what-so-ever. Our room was cute, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is simple but does the job. The value of the hotel rate was great and we had a descent room. We have no complaints about this hotel. |

Very friendly staff, great location, nice room, great deal for the money. This may or may not be universal in Venice, but the place stunk like sewer gas badly after the first high water of the fall season. |

This hotel was a pure gem! The hotel only has 7 rooms and ours had a sitting room on one level with a bathroom and then we went up a flight of stairs to the bedroom. Brocade draperies matched the furniture and they included a lovely continental breakfast each morning delivered to the room. It included croissants, biscotti, orange juice, a pot of coffee and pot of milk. In the summer it is served in the courtyard. It was close to the railroad station and had a vaporetto stop at the end of the street. Very convenient and easy to explore Venice. |

Hotel Ca' Due Leoni is situated in a quiet part of Venice but not far from city center. In my opinion the price for double room was reasonable for Venice. It was very nice to have breakfast served directly to our room. I would definitely recommend this hotel. |

This charming hotel is relatively close to the train station and, important on Venice, is easy to find. They have free wifi (very easy to use! A contrast to other places we've stayed) and bring breakfast -- your choice of hot cafe-drink plus orange juice, croissants, and a variety of butters, jams, and packaged breads -- to your room each morning (included in the reservation fee). They had maps and advice at the front desk. They also stored our luggage after we checked out and before our train departed. The towel-warmer kept both the towels and the bathroom toasty and comfortable. All in all, this was a lovely hotel. The only things we didn't like, and these are *really* nitpicky, include a cold tile floor, single-pane windows (it's in a quiet area, though, so noise wasn't much of a problem), and a small shower that sometimes took a while to warm up. We've had fancier breakfasts elsewhere (E.G. fruits, eggs, etc.), but those hotels cost a lot more, so what can you expect? |

The staff was very friendly, the location is very good for city trips, the room was pretty big. The room had smell of cigarettes, the shower is pretty small and the breakfast was very light but i guess it is the case in most of the hotels in Italy. |

A great hotel for a very good price: the location is great (10 min walking from the train station), the rooms were nicely decorated, the hotel staff were very nice and kind, breakfast is served in the garden and free wifi is available. Definitively a very good option for staying in Venice. |
