This hotel locates near by a main river so it is much easier to remember it than other hotels. Its classical furniture feels nice. The best thing is they have a room with two floors: first floor is bathroom and drawing room and second floor is sleeping room. In the morning, staff in hotel will take breakfast into drawing room and i feel like living in a Italian family. In a word, this is a wonderful hotel and it is worth to live more than one night!
wifi is slow
Service was very helpful and nice; Good breakfast with several options; Large and pleasant room with A/C
We paid 2.5€ of city tax by night, when in booking refers 1€
Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable bed, good location close to great amenities.
Decor in need of repair, wi-fi unreliable at times, shower door not sealed.
The people that worked at the hotel were very kind and the location was quite close to the train station.
The room was very small and had an odd odor to it. Upon arrival my pillow case had a drool stain on it. I brought it to the front desk and they replaced it right away, but it left me feeling like I was in an unclean room. The hallway had one wall that was covered with a furry mold. It also smelled like bleach in the hallway so I imagine they were trying to get rid of the mold, but it was still quite prominant. On top of all that I found what looked like a bed bug in the bed and it freaked me out (as this point I was on high alert and very uncomfortable). My wife and I stripped all the sheets off the bed and hunted for other signs of bed bugs, but didn't see anything else. I barely slept all night because of this... every time I thought I felt something it freaked me out. If we were booked here for more than one night I would have certainly booked into a different hotel. Even with one night I really wanted to move, but there wasn't anything I could find to book that was a reasonably price so last minute.
Quiet Good location Clean Newly renovated room Great staff
Location was very convenient as it was a short walk from the train station. We had a hard time finding it. Luckily a local helped us find it. The owners and staff were so friendly and hospitable. The breakfast in the garden was a real treat! We would definitely stay here again.
Easy to find, tucked away from the busy areas of Venice, yet extremely close to everything.... Trains, ferry, food , ect 5 min walk from train station Good breakfast
Nothing too bad to complain about, not somewhere I would stay for a long period. Two or three nights is plenty
Everything！The reception boy was very nice and being patient with tourism information. Our room has two stories with all the equipments we need. The plump sanitary lady is also very helpful and generous with our breakfast. Gracious！
The clerk (owner?) was very helpful and waited for us past the cut-off time so we could pick up our stored luggage.
Nothing that I can think of.
Good location as it was near the train station and we were continuing our trip after Venice to lake garda. Also near the water boat stop from the airport .
Our room was very small , the breakfast area was a outside garden with birds flying all round the table and food. We skip breakfast after that.
We needed an easy place to stay close to train station and then bus to airport at the end. Worked out great. Staff super friendly and informative!
Quiet neighbourhood location. Good cafes nearby. Nicely done hotel and near train station and vaporetta.
Left to early at 7.30 for breakfast. Would like option to have earlier.
Friendly Staff Nice location near station and only one minute from restaurants. Breakfast was served outside which was nice, not a massive choice but adequate. Was able to leave our bags there on the last day until we caught the train
Vladimir the owner was very kind. When we were having trouble finding the hotel he came out to the street to pick up us. He helped us with the water taxi system as well. Very nice outdoor breakfast area. Clean and within walking distance to the train station.
We had a first floor courtyard bedroom apart from the main hotel. People lived in the apartments surrounding the courtyard so we could sometimes hear them and we had no privacy if we opened the windows. It was also very close to a church and the bells were somewhat loud. Breakfast was only breads and sweets - no fruit or protein.
Good position - Close to the centr Price Very good personal
We were served an perfect breaktfast in their garden. Quiet at night and still very central and good beds.
Poor connection to wifi and when it worked it was slow. We were leaving venice late the last night but they could only store our bags until 7pm.
Location close to the station yet in a quiet courtyard. Some restaurants and bars really close to the canal, with tourists and locals. Although in a quiet area it wasn't far to walk to the crowded (too crowded?) areas. Great for a different view of Venice. Bedroom was huge with marble shower room! Staff were very friendly and upgraded us.
The only slight disadvantage was that you had to step down to get to the bathroom and then step up again. We were scared we might fall down the step if we woke up in middle of night to go to bathroom. We left the bathroom light on and that solved the "problem".
Comfy beds. Helpful staff. Clean room. Easy walk from train station - just make sure you follow their directions as they are hidden away.
Beware the pigeons - eat breakfast under the awning! Typical Italian attitude to electrics - occasional loose socket in room and not sure where you are meant to plug in the kettle - but at least there was kettle.
Rooms were clean. The more modern rooms were much better. Good service at reception Staff all polite.
Breakfast let it down. All cold food apart from toast. Much of the food pre-packed and required very little effort on the part of the hotel to prepare. Outside area would not suit some who don't like being surrounded by pigeons.!
good location with good staff and breakfast
the facilities are a little bit old
The room was damp and smelled strongly of mold. Wouldn't recomend this hotel to anyone.
Great location - handy for vaporettos, restaurants, bars, markets, yet not too busy. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.
Church bells at 7am every morning, but I think that would happen anywhere in Venice!
Very comfortable and security conscious location. Staff very friendly and great breakfast
Happy with everything
Staff (Nicolo) were excellent. Rooms very clean and charming. The water taxi called ahead without us asking and arranged for Nicolo to meet us at the jetty. This is an amassing place with a real atmosphere.
Our stay was too short
great location. Many restaurants near by. Great value for the money. Great breakfast Very accomadating to a family of 5
had to sit to take a shower
