Its quite a luxurious hotel by Venetian standards. Its in a good area and close to restaurants and a 5-10 min walk from grand canal. The facilities are good, staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. There was a new city tax ordinance which they didn't communicate to the guests beforehand, so that came as a surprise on the bill.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a quiet neighborhood 3 minutes walk from the Ghetto and 3 minutes from a busy shopping district. The hotel is beautifully decorated with plush upholstery and lovely furnishings. The bathroom was gorgeous. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We would recommend it wholeheartedly. Also very well priced.

A beautiful hotel on a quiet street. Just a short walk from the busy shopping street and vaporetto stop and not so far from the Grand Canal. Has some very nice restaurants near by and the area is cute. The service was excellent and the hotel was luxurious. Our room was a junior suite, perfectly clean, with beautiful decorations and view to the canal. It would be a perfect place for a honeymoon! Breakfast was superb and the atmosphere in the hotel very romantic and relaxing. What a place! No free wi-fi.

Amazingly quiet location, hotel is nicely decorated and furnished yet has a cozy feel to it. Staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant. Is only about 8 minutes walk to the vaporetto stop from which you can go direct to the airport and the walk has no bridges which V. convenient with luggage. Interesting area, in the jewish quarter, with quite a few restaurants. Main shopping areas within walking distance. Room was a bit dark but we were there in the winter. Bathroom, though modern, was rather cramped and shower over bath difficult to use without flooding floor (as in so many european hotels).

Maurizo (front desk agent) was awesome. Breakfast was cool maid service- top notch That I actually had to pay for WiFi. Your telling me the 300 bucks I spent to stay 2 nights there couldn't come with WiFi? Don't nickle and dime customers. Came off as a very cheap way to tell me to 'open your wallet so I can suck you dry' Its for that simple fact that I will not be coming back. Congrats

Excellent, professional and friendly staff. The hotel is located in a quiet and very nice part of town. Room size was perfect for a couple, slightly larger than what one can expect in Venice. Internet access from the lobby very slow

A comfortable, welcoming hotel. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were very informative and helpful - always willing to offer assistance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ai Mori d'Oriente - great to get out of the crowds to relax in the evening.

I loved everything. It was an elegant, beautiful hotel with the most attentive and helpful staff. The room was beautiful and spacious. The hotel itself was simply lovely, comfy, and picturesque. The breakfast area and outside seating area were beautiful - very romantic. The staff were extremely accommodating and spoke English very well. They made excellent recommendations for restaurants. And we loved the quaint and quiet location, that is slightly off the beaten path - but not too far from the "action." Simply a wonderful, delightful experience. The hotel is rather expensive. We only stayed one night and it would have been difficult to afford much more than that. But many of the hotels in Venice are expensive. At least we got what we paid for. I don't have any regrets.

Staff was incredible and very helpful. The service was very good. The decor of the rooms was very overwhelming/guady. Not the best ambiance in the rooms. The decor needs to be updated with more mordern/simple decor. The rooms also seemed to be "stuffy".

Booked a standard room entirely refundable, the price got preauthorized on my account 10 days before my stay which was surprising. Besides that, everything was perfect, easy to find, lovely quiet street close to small shop and restaurants. Lovely staff and place. Our room had a lovely view on the water, everything was perfectly clean. The tv is small for a 4 star hotel, yet that's not why I was staying in this hotel so I didn't mind. Our stay was a present for my boyfriend and we loved our stay there. Multilingual staff, 30 minutes of free internet with access to a computer, nice breakfast outside with once again lovely staff. I would definitely recommend this for a romantic stay in Venice.

Quite pricey for the facilities, but probably on a par for Venice. The buffet breakfast was standard hotel buffet fare, but substantial and enjoyable in the small courtyard garden. It is important to appreciate that size wise, the hotel is modest, but comfortable. The concierge staff were first rate. The location was off the beaten tourist track in a locale you might not otherwise visit which made it quiet and more intimate, but everything is only a short and very pleasant walk away.

It is very comfortable and beautiful hotel, the staff is very polite. The restaurant is small and the location of the hotel is not very convenient for city trips (the main attraction is not near the hotel).

the interior and decoration of room/public area is excellent, a welcoming feeling, and in a quiet location where visitors can look at the real Venice. Internet access is bad and not free of charge, which is not convenient for guests. Should have been more generous in information tech. Cancellation policy is not satisfied - I booked for three nights, after staying the first two nights I wanted to check out one day earlier, but the hotel asked me to pay three nights rate still...

Nice Hotel. Just off the tourist trail, so you can avoid the Lemmings and make up your own routes. 10 mins from the station you only have to carry your bag across 3 bridges Could have done with a pay per view movie channel. Not much to watch after a hard days walking

Gli ambienti molto confortevoli, la stanza spaziosa, la gentilezza dello staff, la prima colazione di buona qualità con un servizio attento in una sala allegra. La posizione un po decentrata ma vicina a discreti ristoranti e bar.
