Great location about 2 blocks from the main tourist avenues, so it is quiet and peaceful. Right on a canal, only 15 minutes walk from the train or bus terminals. Can also get there faster by the waterbus. Staff was great. They even made us a box breakfast since we had to check out early to catch a bus for a RyanAir flight. Great place to stay.

The hotel was situated in a quiet and peaceful area in the north part of the city yet it was easy enough to get to all points of interest within a short space of time. We were able to tap in to the water bus service within 10 minutes which gives you access to everything in Venice.

We only stayed for one night and had to leave early but our impression was a very good one. The staff were very helpful and the room clean, well presented and exactly as we expected. A very nice hotel in a quiet area away from the crowds.

La chambre au rez de chaussée où les fenêtres donnent sur la salle du petit dejeuner. Les supplements pour les oeufs brouillés et le jus d orange frais au petit dejeuner. Les conseils à l accueil pour se restaurer le soir

Die Einrichtung des Hotels hat dem 4 Sterne-Standard entsprochen, Das Badezimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, ebenso das Zimmer. Das Frühstück war gut, wenn es auch nicht dem intl. Standard entsprach, sondern eher einem guten italienischem Frühstück( keine Eier oder nur gegen Bezahlung). Der Latte Macchiato zum Frühstück war der beste, den wir in Italien bekommen haben.

Wir haben leider das Zimmer 306 bekommen, dass direkt neben der zentralen Heizungsanlage lag, die sehr laut war und die Sicht versperrt hat. Die Heizungsanlage wurde gluecklicherweise um Mitternacht abgestellt.

Les flacons de gel douche et de shampoing ont un look flateur mais sont pratiquement inutilisables en raison de leur odeur nauséabonde (odeur de fumée)

La decoración es exquisita, me encantaron las puertas, los tejidos de las cortinas, los colores.... La situación es excelente. A nosotros nos dieron una habitación algo estrecha (202) y sin vistas pero hicimos uso de un lounge que había en la primera planta con vistas a la calle principal que era una maravilla. Nadie nos molestó allí, yo me relajé muchísimo. Ah! los baños son maravillosos

Creo que podrían tener un desayuno algo más sofisticado, no supondría mucho más gasto para el hotel y le daría un toque especial para que la estancia fuera perfecta. Lo digo sobre todo por la bollería industrial, que nunca es bien vista.
