What i like about the hotel is its very comfortable, luxurious, nice friendly staff and the free shuttle bus to the airport. What i dnt like is the noise from the plane but you have to expect it as the hotel is near the airport. For me i didn't mind as i like aeroplanes. |

1) There is only one shuttle van to Linate. Plan to leave early in case there is a crowd. 2) The computer printer did not work for us. We tried to get our boarding passes for the next morning, but failed. |

Less then 1 km away from the airport Milano Linate. Shuttle service from the hotel to the airport, free internet by LAN, excellent breakfast, free parking at the hotel. |

Covenient service to airport starting at 5:30AM; Excellent, helpful staff, spoke english; Quality of room and bath in general excellent( however, see below), No phone service in room until 2nd day. Air conditioning didn't work,it appeared that the hotel had control override on, fixed at 24 degrees C. Calls and visits to the front desk were of no help. Metal window blinds didn't function. |

Very noisy - not suprising as next to the airport but little / no soundproofing and noisy even with windows and shutters closed. Airconditioning did not work so choice between stiffling heat or having the window open and having aircraft noise. I chose to open the windows slightly during the night after aircraft movements had stopped - and even though the full length net curtains were in place I paid the price from the mosquitos that then entered the room. |

Excellent for a one night stay before/after your flight. Difficult to get to via public transport, or at least very difficult to find directions on how to get there via transport. |

The mini-continental breaakfast at 3:30-6:00 am was good since we had to go to the airport at 6am. The rooms are well insulated - even the entry door was padded. Airport Shuttle took only 3 minutes to get to the airport. Isolated, so if you wanted to go out to dinner (without a car) it would be hard. |

The room itself, the bathroom and the bed were all very good, and breakfast was oustanding. Everyone seemed to speak at least some English, which for the uneducated like me is great. Only that it was difficlt to find. |

Bed was comfortable, room spacious, flat screen TV, padded material on the walls all very nice The pool was a 5 minute drive away and facilities were not as advertised. This was not good. I was informed the pool facilities normally in use were closed for summer holidays??? |

The hotel was close to the airport, the service was fast and there was a free shuttle to the airport anytime during the day; excellent service for transfer stays. Breakfast was no great quality; the bread was not fresh and the choice was limited bearing in mind this was classed as a 4 star hotel! Also, the pool opens at 10 am, is payable and is not that close to the hotel. |
