Hotel Airone  

Staff was very helpful.

The best part of the Hotel is that is not that far from the center of the City. A short bus trip or a 20 minute walk can take you there.

It was clean, calm with big rooms.

It was far from city center and touristic attractions. By bus takes 5 minute from train station to the hotel but it costs 2 e and it takes like 30 minute to walk from train station to the hotel.

Reception staff were great, very helpful and friendly. Other staff (at breakfast, cleaners, etc.) didn't speak english but they were polite and this wasn't a big issue for us. The breakfast had a fairly wide selection for a hotel where it is included in the price, and more than enough for what you need.Wifi connection in rooms was fair - not excellent, but worked the whole time. Area was ok, easily accessible by bus to town/train station, and I didn't feel unsafe walking around the streets (although we weren't out late at night so I can't comment on then).

The only real problem we had with the room was the exhaust fan in the bathroom - everytime you turned the light on the fan started and was very old and noisy and stayed on for a while after you turned the light off.

Not far from centre 20 min. by foot,good connetion with bus also. Reasonable value of money. Room was clean.

In street near by is average noise, and old windows do not reduce it very much. Room air conditioner did not worked, not only mine (heard compailns), towels not for shower, but for kichen more suitable. Low noise reduction from internal sounds (noisy elevator and ect.). It is average old style italian budget hotel.

English : The room was very clean. The hotel is almost 6 bus-stops far from the historical city (10 minutes), and the buses (3 lines available) were quiet frequent and regular, even on holidays and evening/night (up to 1am). The room was equiped with a fan and air conditioning, which is very appreciable in this city. There was also a small fridge in the room, very helpful too. The staff was friendly (but was not really fluent in English or any foreign language). Very good value for money! Français : Les chambres étaient très propres et bien tenues. Le personnel aimable et serviable, mais ne parlant pas bien l'anglais (ou tout autre langue à part l'italien). Chambres équipées de ventilateur au plafond, de climatiseur individuel et de mini-frigo : autant d'éléments très appréciables dans un pays chaud !! L'hôtel est proche du centre ville, desservi par 3 lignes de bus, aux passages fréquents (10 minutes de trajet au plus - selon circulation / à pied environ 20 minutes de marche du centre ville). Excellent rapport qualité / prix !!

English : the shower is not very praticle, but it was manageable. Français : Douche pas très pratique (on met de l'eau partout), mais ça reste gérable et ça n'est pas insurmontable !

To go to the centre city we just tooked the bus 17 that was very frequently (even at night).

The bathroom was very poor and there is no division between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. Room very simple.

Da dove iniziare? Dal signore che ci ha accolto alla reception che sbraitava ed inveiva ad ogni minima prenotazione online, dalla camera che aveva 3 lampade che non funzionavano, dalla luce del bagno fulminata da costringere chi ci andava a non chiudere la porta per vedere un pò di più,per non parlare di un pannello mancante sopra la doccia da cui sporgevano I fili elettrici,dalle prese di corrente incastonate nel muro e delle 4 presenti solo una funzionava, dalle lenzuola sporche, dalla finestra che dava su un balcone sporco e pieno di escrementi di piccioni o da un asciugamano buttato lì e rimasto lì da chissa quanto tempo? Ci siamo sentite dire che per essere un albergo a tre stelle il prezzo di una doppia ossia 56 € era più che ragionevole dato che c'erano alberghi nella zona che avevano chiuso per le cimici e costavano molto di più. Un albergo che sulla carta ha tre stelle ma che non ne vale neanche mezza,che esperienza orribile,dovrebbero essere più veritieri sulle camere e sui servizi offerti ma soprattutto sulla distanza effettiva per raggiungere il centro di Firenze.

O hotel fica a 30 minutos a pé da estação, a localização não era a melhor. O quarto não estava bem limpo!

Solo la posizione

Alla reception erano veramente disorganizzati, 1 ora per ricevere la ricevuta della notte , e al 4° piano abbiamo dormito senza aria condizionata funzionante. Allucinante. Il condizionatore c'era ma non ci hanno dato il telecomando, dicendo che non funzionava. La camera non era per niente pulita.

Personale carente, mancanza di salviette in bagno e molto rumoroso (non è possibile che alle 3 ci si metta a lavare le tazzine del bar)

Al personale dell'hotel va tutta la mia comprensione, ma purtroppo il loro servizio di pulizie (esterno) si è rivelato inaffidabile: all'arrivo la camera non era stata ancora preparata (nonostante fosse già trascorsa più di un'ora dall'orario previsto di check-in) e anche il giorno dopo la camera non è stata riassettata (la povera receptionist ha dovuto fare tutto da sola). Nel letto matrimoniale una delle reti era notevolmente più bassa dell'altra, inoltre l'asciugacapelli nel bagno si è rotto al primo utilizzo. Anche la colazione è stata deludente.
