Hotel Airone  

Terrible. To start The guy at the front desk kept requesting what agency we had even as we insisted it was through online booking.com. After he got the obvious paperwork in order he got up as if he was going to show us to the room, show us elevator, said fourth floor, and it looked like he was gonna meet us there to let us in. We got there and waited 10minutes before realizing he wasn't coming. I went downstairs to look for him. He wasn't anywhere to be found. Another 5or so minutes go by and he shows up with look like he has never seen me before. I asked him for our room key and he had to ask me what room.... We finally got to the room. It had 3single beds push together but separately made with 1 bed shorter than the other 2. The a/c didn't work at all so we had to open windows which let a countless amount a mosquitos in which we suffered next few days. Now we are sweating, covered in mosquito bites, and sleeping in separate beds on our honeymoon. Made came by 1st day for clean but thatwas the last time that happened during our stay. The bathroom, the toilet seat was a broken piece of plastic that you had to balance on not to break ur neck. When the toilet flushed it sprays water up and over rim and onto the floor. Breakfast was terrible consisting of no protein, stale bread and cakes, and sour milk for a uncomfortable window to eat of hour and a half. Location was a 35minute daily hike from anything important.

Easily accessible hotel from smn train statione

I paid for dinner at the Hotel not knowing I wouldn't be having dinner at the hotel. I was directed to the restaurant where I was to have dinner but reaching there, I was told customers normally pay at the restaurant and therefore the Hotel was wrong in receiving my dinner payment. It took a long time on phone trying to talk to Hotel Airone since the old man at the reception was not the recipeint of the cash which I paid around 2pm. Eventually I was told I could eat at the restaurant and the Hotel would pay. I hope other guests do not go through this again!

Clean room completely at night "21:00". How come to stay this hotel? Breakfast is not cleaned until i went to bed at 23:00.

Le petir dejeuner mauvais, la chmbre mal insonorisée, la télé hors service, et dans l'ensemble un hotel très vieux et très mal signalé ( enseigne peu visible ) ...........

приятный отель, в тихом месте, доброжелательный персонал.

не было поддона в дешевой, вода плохо стекала. плохо закрывалось окно. хотелось бы заранее иметь информацию, на каком транспорте добираться до отеля (хочу поделиться информацией - автобусами 35,37, 17в от железн. вокзала до остановки Piazza Puccini ).

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo... Ovviamente se spende poco non si può sperare in un albergo di lusso. Il personale molto cordiale. Molto comodo per chi deve raggiugere il centro storico.

La tv in camera si vedeva solo un canale.

Отель расположен близко от центра (15 мин пешком, 5 мин на автобусе). Приятная атмосфера старого семейного отеля.

Бедный выбор блюд на завтрак. Холодные номера (правда, на второй день нам поставили в номер обогреватель). В туалете отсутствует душевая кабина, душ просто прикручен к стене. Так что перед тем, как помыться, нужно спрятать полотенца и туалетную бумагу :)

La posizione sicuramente comoda

Pulizia e accoglienza sono "indicibili". Il portiere mi ha accolto senza calzare le scarpe.. Camminava con le calze. Mentre mi registrava si tagliava le unghie!!! La cosa più comica la colazione: al posto del formaggio a fette sottilette ammonticchiate... Peccato perchè la posizione è ottima e con una buona gestione sarebbe un buon Hotel. A queste condizioni non mi vedrà più come ospite
