Hotel Airone Wellness is located in the small town of Zafferana Etnea, famous for its honey production and the Ottobrata fair which takes place every October. Sunbathe on the nearby sandy beaches, or go skiing on the slopes either side of the volcano. In the evening, sample some traditional Sicilian cuisine at the restaurant before relaxing in your room. Convenient location...located on the lower slopes of Mt Etna. The view was wonderful, the bed comfortable. The restaurant was passable. The staff was friendly but a bit inattentive. The heating was inadequate for winter on the slopes of a mountain.

Set slightly apart from tourist-crowded Zafferana Etnea town. The road to volcano is just continuing the same way uphill. Excellent facilities. Splendid view to the underlying city and the sea. Spacious parking area inside hotel yard. Nice swimming pool. Very polite personnel. Excellent food in hotel's restaurant. One of the best hotels we got during our Sicily trip.

Bella struttura,location piacevolmente romantica Receptionists molto gentili : al momento del conto ci hanno anche defalcato il costo del noleggio di accappatooi/ciabatte per il centro benessere L'area Welness é un pò piccola e si affolla facilmente diventando rumorosa.

Cordialità del personale. Organizzazione della struttura e I tanti servizi compresi nel costo della camera. Nonostante siamo capitati in un momento in cui erano presenti un gruppo di famiglie con bimbi a seguito, il personale è stato in grado di suggerirci al meglio la fascia oraria per sfruttare al meglio I servizi della struttura! Ci vediamo presto!

Un'ottima struttura alberghiera, il personale molto attento alle esigenze della clientela. Dai balconi delle camere si gode di una visuale spettacolare. Le camere sono molto confortevoli.

Ci ha colpito favorevolmente la cortesia e la disponibilità di tutto il personale, e del direttore.Il centro benessere è bello,pulito e accogliente. Si mangia molto bene.Il parcheggio interno è sempre disponibile.

Todella ystävällinen ja englantia puhuva henkilökunta. Huonehintaan sisältyi kuntosalin ja span (porealtaat, saunat) käyttö. Ihana näköala parvekkeelta merelle. Hotelli sijaitsi Etnan juurella, helppo mennä Etnalle, mutta lähikaupunkeihin pitkä ja matka. Aamiasbuffet aika suppea ja kuten yleensäkin Italiassa imelänpuoleinen:) Illallismenu oli hyvä, mutta kallis, juomat eivät sisältyneet hintaan. Oman auton käyttö lähes pakollista.

Personnel à l'accueil très aimable et parlant un français impeccable. Prestations de qualité au niveau des chambres, du Spa, de la salle fitness et du restaurant. Belle terrasse panoramique avec vue mer. Situation géographique idéale pour l'ascension de l'Etna. Rapport qualité/prix justifié. Insonorisation des chambres insuffisante. Débit de la réservation effectuée bien avant notre arrivée.

La struttura complessivamente si presenta bene. Camere ben curate, colazione buona e personale molto gentile. Rapporto qualità- prezzo buono. L' ascensore, molto rumoroso, accanto alla camera ha disturbato fino a notte inoltrata.

La situation géographique ,proximité de l'Etna,la vue sur la mer,petit déjeuner plutôt bien. L'eau chaude qui tarde beaucoup a venir pour n'être que tiède .l'accueil du réceptionniste .
