Hotel Airone is located in the small town of Zafferana Etnea, famous for its honey production and the Ottobrata fair which takes place every October. It was convenient for us as we came to ski at Nord and South Etna. Breakfast was ample and good. Spa facilities excelent. What bodered me was that there were ants in our room and the balcony window of room 104 had cobwebs at the inside. But all in all we will be back to Airone when we come skiing again next year. Thanks for everything.

Set slightly apart from tourist-crowded Zafferana Etnea town. The road to volcano is just continuing the same way uphill. Excellent facilities. Splendid view to the underlying city and the sea. Spacious parking area inside hotel yard. Nice swimming pool. Very polite personnel. Excellent food in hotel's restaurant. One of the best hotels we got during our Sicily trip.

Tout était parfait.Personnel très compétent et serviable et sachant donner les bonnes informations. L'hôtel manque de tranport publique, pas du tout déservi ni pour accéder aux divers sites ni pour visiter les localités voisines, c'est domage!

Bien situé en sortie de la dernière ville sur les pentes de l'Etna. Ambiance montagne, des beaux volumes, mobilier sobre, authentique, déco peu inventive mais pas choquante.Beau service de table. Chambre spacieuse avec une terrasse panoramique immense donnant sur mer. Vue exceptionnelle. Equipement sportifs (Spa, piscine panoramique, etc...) tout à fait fonctionnels et agréables. Quelques aspects un peu rustiques, comme ces portes qui claquent à tout va dans les étages.

abbiamo soggiornato 3 volte e ci siamo sempre trovati molto bene.Il centro benessere incluso nel prezzo è un vero affare e la colazione la mattina è ottima e abbondante.lo staff è molto cordiale e disponibile nel nostro ultimo soggiono abbiamo voluto provare a cenare una sera.niente di che.il menù a scelta (primo,secondo,contorno e dessert) con costo 25 € sembra eccessivo,non rispecchia il rapporto qualità-prezzo;niente di particolare che non si possa cucinare a casa.

Hotel parfait pour la découverte de l'Etna. Accueil et chambre parfaits. Très bonne cuisine. Bon petit-déjeuner Isolation acoustique médiocre (surtout quand certains noctambules rentrent à 2 heures du matin...)

Ottimo il centro benessere, gratis e aperto dalle 9 alle 21. Buona la cucina e cortese il personale. Lo consiglio per un w e di relax in famiglia con bimbi. Bello anche il parco e la piscina esterna. Ci tornerò d'estate. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Dovrebbero rinnovare le docce delle camere e migliorare la comodità dei letti.

Avendo prenotato una doppia pagando un prezzo vantaggioso pensavo mi dessero la camera meno bella di tutto l'hotel e invece appena ho notato che il numero della mia camera corrispondeva ad una junior suite ero felicissima! Posizione ottima, panorama mozzafiato, possibilità di usufruire del centro benessere molto carino! Tornerò sicuramente!

Cordialità del personale. Organizzazione della struttura e I tanti servizi compresi nel costo della camera. Nonostante siamo capitati in un momento in cui erano presenti un gruppo di famiglie con bimbi a seguito, il personale è stato in grado di suggerirci al meglio la fascia oraria per sfruttare al meglio I servizi della struttura!
