Airone Wellness Hotel    

Location, the views, parking facility,the wellness centre, the quality of the food, all excellent.

We were 2 nights in this hotel and we liked it. We had dinner in hotel ristorante, food was good and service was spot on. Hotel reception staff treated us well and found answers for all our questions. Hotel wellness area was good, maybe best i have been. Nice surprise was proper finnish sauna. You can visit Etna from hotel by car, there is 20min drive from hotel to Etna.

We were a little disappointed with views from rooms but we were told to book either first or second floor with panorama

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location on the road up Etna. The spa facilities,which are free to guests make the hotel a wonderful experience. The dining room was very good too.

The room was noisy from people in the hallway. There are vents from the hallway into the room so any noise sounds like people are in your room. The vents also showed a light from the hallway which was annoying.

This is amazing place! Great for exploring East Coast of Sicily. The views are breathtaking! Hotel outdoor facilities amazing for couples or families or solo travelers - anyone will find this place magical! We loved the staff - they are very fast whatever requirements you may have and Vivianna at the reception especially helpful and hands on! The food served for dinners was delicious, different everyday! Rooms are clean, traditional decor and very spacious. It is certainly worth visiting.

The only improvement could be the breakfast buffet - where more choice would be required. Maybe some fresh fruit, tomatoes etc. and hot food like scrambled eggs, bacon etc would be helpful. There was not much variety. If you are staying only day or two it is fine but after one week you do tend to get bored of eating boiled egg every morning, even though it was all very tasty.

Hotel was very conviniently located to Mount Etna and pool is really nice.

Breakfast was quite basic.

The hotel is situated right near the Etna park, just 20 mins drive to reach the Etna itself. The food is great although not a wide choice of breakfast items. Staff were always helpful. The room was very clean and we had an excellent view of the sea and the near villages. Lovely pool and lovely atmosphere.We highly recommend this hotel even for its peaceful and quite ambience.

what could be improved is wifi and breakfast although we are in Sicily, Italy, the coffee served in the breakfast was far from the famous Italian style

It was convenient for us as we came to ski at Nord and South Etna. Breakfast was ample and good. Spa facilities excelent. What bodered me was that there were ants in our room and the balcony window of room 104 had cobwebs at the inside. But all in all we will be back to Airone when we come skiing again next year. Thanks for everything.

Sehr schöner Blick, hatten Zimmer mit Balkon, die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, auch der Wellness Bereich ist kostenlos zu benutzen. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gutes Preis/Leistung Verhältnis!

Wifi nur im Lounge Bereich - jkönnte man verbessern

praticamente tutto...dall accoglienza alla pulizia...dai servizi al confort della stanza..un suggerimento? provatelo!!!

un unico neo se cosi posso definirlo e ke ci fosse qualcosa ke animasse le serate, a volte monotone nn sarebbe male...

Schlechte Verbindung

Der Stil der Zimmer ist schön, gepflegt und Mediteran. Große Terasse. Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich

Der Wellnessbereich ist klein, für 2-4 Personen, aber schön gemacht. Auf der Terasse waren keine Möbel (haben aber auch nicht an der Reception danach gefragt)

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans ce bel hôtel idéalement situé pour aller à l'Etna. la coulée de lave en face de la porte d'entrée est remarquable. Le personnel sympa et le spa absolument merveilleux. les chambres sont très grandes et très propres. Il y aun grand parking mais je pense qu'en saison haute il doit être vite trop rempli.

Centro benessere affollato, scarsa pulizia della camera, Bagno senza finestra con eccessivo caldo dovuto allo scalda asciugamani ROVENTE. wifi solo alla reception.

Haus ist etwas hellhörig,

il centro benessere è ben strutturato ed è stato molto rilassante.

Devo dire che ci siamo rilassati tantissimo.... Nn ci stava nessuno quindi relax in pieno... Nn mi aspettavo tanta tranquillitá .... Siamo molto contenti ci ritorneremo presto per un altra fuga d`amore grazie

mi E' piaciuto veramente tutto soprattutto il centro benessere completamente gratuito E molto tranquillo senza affollamenti....... poi il panorama E L'aria sono fantastici, camere veramente confortevoli , colazione buonissima E abbondante ... zafferana non offre tanto ma tanta tranquillita ......week-end veramente rilassante....

I prezzi del ristorante altini E ci vorrebbe una pizzeria.....

po essere rumoroso il week-end depende di altri clienti (bambini.....). Il restorante non valle la pene.

Rapporto qualità/prezzo, ed il personale alla reception cordiale e cortese.

Il forte odore di umido nel centro benessere, bisognerebbe utilizzare qualche soluzione profumata o piu cloro, inoltre si sentiva abbastanza freddo nei corridoii/scale usciti dalla zona umida.
